Riders are responsible for messes made to the interior or exterior of a vehicle (such as vomiting or food spills), and the fees are paid in full to the driver. In the event that you are charged a cleaning fee, you will receive an updated trip receipt.
Uber might either temporarily put a rider's account on hold if its something like a vomiting incident or it'll immediately ban someone if the incident is extremely serious.
$40 - Significant mess, usually bodily fluids like vomit, paint, or extensive sticky or staining liquid messes (excluding water), gum and other sticky materials OUTSIDE the vehicle which requires an exterior car wash.
At help.uber.com or riders.uber.com, log in and select the ride. Scroll to find Get Help, where you will find options to dispute a fee or request a fare review. Uber typically stands behind their fees and surcharges, but you can get your money back if the fee was in error or if you can convincingly make your case.
In some cases, you may be eligible for an inconvenience fee of up to $250 based on the extent and nature of the damage. We may also be able to assist you with an insurance claim.
Ratings allow us to ensure a great experience for both riders and drivers. We take ratings very seriously; consistent with our Community Guidelines, drivers with low ratings may lose access to the Uber app.

You won't be able to book the trip until you pay. The driver still get paid by Uber for what he made from the trip. The thing is, if you owe the money and decide not to use Uber any more, your device and your cellphone number, email address will be associated with the owing account.
Customers do not necessarily have to be sick to 'soil' a cab. A soiling fee can be charged to any passenger who exits the taxi in such a state that requires it to be taken out of service. Food thrown around the taxi and other uncontrollable body functions have all cost passengers a soiling charge in the past.
Mix one part vinegar and one part water for a faster solution than baking soda. Vinegar has the added benefit of disinfecting the car's interior and reducing the smell. Wear a pair of gloves, dip your cloth or rag into the mixture, and scrub until the stain comes out.

Willfully confirming or completing fraudulent trips
Engaging in fraudulent activities, even once, can lead to permanent deactivation from the platform. Normally you will receive up to 2 warnings before this happens, but this depends on the severity of the situation.
Low-performing drivers — those with an average of four stars or less — were at risk of deactivation. Even some poorly behaved passengers could get kicked off the platform if they received enough one-star ratings.
Uber Will Block You For Six Months if You Have Less Than a Four-Star Rating. Uber customers given a consistently low passenger rating by drivers will soon be blocked from using the ride railing app as part of a move designed to improve behavior.

“People are more likely to tip when paying a person directly,” he says. “However, people tip Uber drivers through the app after the ride has been completed. If they don't tip, no one will know and they don't have that interaction with the driver. The nature of Uber tipping just makes it much easier to ignore.”
Nothing will happen if you do not tip your delivery driver. You will still receive your order and enjoy the food from the comfort of your own home. However, your delivery driver may not be pleased. Uber Eats drivers receive a base fare for all their deliveries but receive most of their income from tips.
The vomit smells from the odor causing bacteria can linger in your car. A car air freshener will simply mask the foul stench. For vomit, you will need to use more than an air freshener to eliminate the smell. Taking action with an overnight cleaning treatment is necessary to eliminate the unpleasant odors.
The smell will linger for hours, days or even weeks if untreated. So – let's get to work. Vomit be gone! First, scoop up and dispose of any solid matter.
Though some specialty car washes and auto detailing shops will clean out vomit from vehicles, they do not protect you from future liability if someone becomes sick down the road due to the original incident.
