Oracle, about Hybrids. Werewolf-Vampire Hybrids, also called Were-pires or Vaewolfves, are the mixture of both a vampire and a werewolf.
A Pricolici (pronounced /pri. koˈlit͡ʃʲ/) (same form in plural) is a werewolf/vampire fusion in the Romanian folklore. Similar to a vârcolac, although the latter sometimes symbolises a goblin, whereas the pricolici always has wolf-like characteristics, they have the ability to transform into ordinary people or animals.
Vampire Perspective
Most Vampires regard werewolves (or "Lupines", as they call them) as feral chaotic things that, if not controlled right, can do serious damage to (un)life and limb.
The Tribrid was a mythical being that combined the powers of a werewolf, a vampire, and a witch to become arguably the strongest non-god creature in The Vampire Diaries' universe. As such, the topic of when Legacies heroine Hope would access her Tribrid powers was a major theme of the show's early seasons.
Vampire-Werewolf hybrids are a deadly cross between a Werewolf and Vampire. They are among the most powerful creatures and hybrids in existance, having both Werewolf and Vampire powers.
A human-vampire hybrid, also known as half-vampire, vampire hybrid, half-human and half-vampire, and half-immortal, is the offspring of a female human and a male vampire. It is generally beyond the ability of most vampires to be this close to a human physically and still resist the lure of her blood.
The Tribrid
Sophie Deveraux explained that Klaus was only able to procreate due to being the Original hybrid; he was a born werewolf, turned into a vampire by magic, as opposed to transitioning by vampire blood.
Super Strength: The Original Tribrid is much stronger than Immortals, Supernatural Hunters, non-original vampires, werewolves, non-original hybrids, and humans. They even possess enough strength to overpower an Original Vampire.
Wood: A wooden stake through the heart will desiccate a tribrid and temporarily "kill" them. However, wood from what appears to be a Red Oak tree can permanently destroy a tribrid as Nature created a balance near the site of the tribrids' birth through the sapling that Hope, Lizzie, and Josie created.
Werewolves (Lit. Half Wolf) are the youngest of the true Royal Breed's and the father species of all supernatural were-creatures, including, wolves, dogs, cats and otherwise mammalian creatures. It is said they called upon Hope to bring themselves into the world.
Half-Bloods are the result of a birth, and not of an infection. They are the result of a union between a full werewolf and a full human that can control it's own transformations.
Diet and blood-thirst
Like normal vampires, defective vampires must drink blood to maintain their vitality and survive. However, defective vampires can feed on not just human blood but also werewolf blood; probably due to how their mutation is directly caused by werewolf-blood contamination.
If a vampire in the Twilight universe bites a human, the latter will turn into a vampire (unless the venom is taken out, as happened in Twilight with Bella, James, and Edward), but if a vampire bites a werewolf, nothing will happen to the latter.
We all know vampires are extremely strong and fast, but werewolves are faster and stronger and they have the advantage of being pack hunters - so rarely hunt alone.
One curious feature of the condition is that if two werewolves meet and mate at the full moon (a highly unlikely contingency which is known to have occurred only twice) the result of the mating will be wolf cubs which resemble true wolves in everything except their abnormally high intelligence.
Weaknesses. Immortal tribrids can be killed via decapitation and heart extraction.
Because of this, they do not produce supplication and are unable to become pregnant but they can impregnate female humans. Also, tribrids obtain lower body temperatures than humans.
Hope Mikaelson is the only surviving example of this variation of Mortal Tribrid. She received 1/4 Vampire, 1/4 Werewolf, and 1/4 Witch from her father (Niklaus Mikaelson) and 1/4 Werewolf from her mother (Hayley Marshall-Kenner).
Elena Gilbert is Elena Mikaelson. She is Klaus Mikaelson daughter. She is a tribrid thats means vampire/werewolf/witch. She is very protective.
Unbeknownst to her, her mother-in-law had linked her to her younger sister, Athina, and administered a serum to Athina that activated in Dianna when she died, resurrecting her as an original vampire. She later had her witch side and unbound her werewolf side, making her an original vampire-werewolf-witch tribrid.
Day Walking: Due to their werewolf heritage, non-original werewolf-vampire hybrids are immune to the lethal effects that u.v. rays and sunlight have on non-original vampires and original vampires. Allowing them to walk in daylight without the use of a day ring.
In Balkan folklore, a dhampir (Albanian pronunciation: [ðamˈpir]) is a mythical creature that is the result of a union between a vampire and a human. This union was usually between male vampires and female humans, with stories of female vampires mating with male humans being rare.
[[:Category:{{{Images}}}|Images]] Vampire Creation is the process during which a vampire turns a human being into a vampire. On the HBO original series True Blood, a vampire who turns a human into a vampire is known as a Maker, and the newly turned vampire is known as the Maker's Progeny.
A Dhampir, also called a Daywalker, is the child of a vampire father and a human mother (of course, there are cases of vampire mothers & human fathers, even though not as common). They are basically Human/Vampire Hybrids.
