Black # Black is the strongest of the neutral colors. On the positive side, it's commonly associated with power, elegance, and formality. On the negative side, it can be associated with evil, death, and mystery.
The colour psychology of black
As the strongest of all colours, black is often used only sparingly – such as for text – but it works quite well as a primary colour element (like for backgrounds).
Red: Excitement, energy, passion, love, desire, speed, strength, power, heat, aggression, danger, fire, blood, war, violence, all things intense and passionate.

Black is an incredibly versatile color and probably the most used color in graphic design.
RED: High Energy and Strength
Red, like most warm colors, has an invigorating and exciting visual effect and is one of the top colors that represent strength. It oozes with high energy and vitality, bringing to mind primal elements like fire and blood.
Red is for energy, passion and danger Red is associated with the heat of energy, passion and love. We "see red" when we're angry and it's also the color of blood, power and danger, making it a powerful color in branding. Think of the bold red of a fireman's truck or the 'stop' sign in traffic.
Violet light has the shortest wavelength, and so it has the highest level of energy of visible light.
Blue is defined by knowledge and intellectualism, and it has the signature ability to draw and manipulate cards. This is among the most powerful things you can do in competitive Magic and has made blue historically the strongest color (which becomes more apparent in formats where cards from the 1990's are legal).
Orange is spontaneous and uplifting, almost like the self-starter or the go-getter in the world of color. Orange likes to take risks, it's fearless and gets people thinking and talking deep.
Perhaps the most famous of the deadly colors is white lead, which can still be found in houses across the country. Lead paint was desirable for centuries due to its brilliant white color, but the adverse effects of lead poisoning only became known in the last century.

A lot of it depends on your personality-whether you're an introvert or an extrovert. Introverts benefit most from colors that excite-warm hues of yellows, oranges, and reds.

Blue the Color of Peace
As a primary color (and the most popular color on the spectrum), blue is a building block for many other colors and shades, but in its purest form, blue represents peace and tranquility.
Yellow. Yellow symbolizes happiness and warmth in almost all cultures. It's the color that grabs users' attention more than any other color. McDonald's and IKEA both use yellow in their branding to give off the feeling of friendliness and positivity.
The natural colors are 7 in number. These are the Violet, Indigo, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange and Red and together, these are referred to as VIBGYOR. The Sunrays are made up of these 7 fundamental colors only, while all other colors are formed due to the combination of 2 or more of these.
Ever since a prank article in the InQuest #22 (February 1997) which featured purple cards (see Gallery), purple has been speculated to be the unreleased sixth color of Magic.
