In today's video I am showing you a cool effect that gives a vertical gradient & the mermaid powder put together. I call them unicorn nails, because they are so shiny and iridescent! The gradient base really brings out this effect. I used the gorgeous Mermaid Effect Black ll powder.

To do Hailey Bieber's iconic glazed donut nails, start by painting your nails with a base coat polish. Cure the polish under a UV (120 seconds) or LED (30-60 seconds) lamp, then apply a layer of nude gel polish colour. Cure once again, and glide a layer of pearlescent gel polish over the top.
