Batman has been able to showcase his ability to lift over 1,000 pounds using his upper-body strength. He built his upper body well enough to carry incredible weights. Of course, his leg strength is also incredible because he claims to be able to leg press up to 2,500 pounds.
Batman bench presses between 800-1,000 pounds, military presses 500-600 pounds, and curls 300-350 pounds!! Again for a mere mortal, that is unbelievable. Bruce's lung capacity is so great he can hold his breath underwater for 4-7 minutes and can survive in an airless environment for 45 seconds!
Since a young age, Bruce Wayne has worked to make himself the perfect human in both physicality and mentality, and while he may not be able as strong as some of DC's other heroes, the Caped Crusader is pretty buff. Batman has been known to overhead press lift 1000 pounds and bench-press slightly more than a ton.
Physically, how strong is Batman? According to Tom King he is strong enough to not only lift Solomon Grundy with one arm (likely weights 500+ pounds) but also strong enough to slam him into the ground into submission. Batman can bench press 1,000 lbs, and leg press 2,500 lbs, compared to his own weight of 200 lbs.
Superman can bench 5.972 sextillion metric tons. And, almost certainly more than that. At the time I first heard this, I was of course dumbfounded by the sheer magnitude of it. And back then, it just seemed the latest in a line of limitless powers he had demonstrated.
Batman's Strength Is On A Nearly Superhuman Level
In Batman #655, Bruce is shown to be bench pressing over 1000 pounds during one of his regular workouts. In Batman Odyssey #2, Bruce mentions that his maximum leg press is 2500 pounds.
UNLIMITED STRENGTH
The answer; there isn't one. The amazing thing about the Hulk is that unlike nearly every other superhero ever created, the Hulk's strength has absolutely no upper limit. He can lift a commercial airplane – which weighs around 100 tons – when he is at his calmest; that's no problem for him.
Strength & Physical Abilities
Captain America could press a maximum of 800-1200 pounds with a supreme effort in the comics. On the other hand, the Dark Knight of Gotham City could overhead lift around 1000 pounds and press slightly more than that [4].
The Hulk's name is practically synonymous with strength, but just how much can the angry green giant bench? Believe it or not, there is actually an answer: 150 billion tons (at least).

The Devastator succeeded, but damned himself and his world. The Devastator's muscles grew to massive proportions. He was the most physically intimidating Dark Knight, his tremendous muscles and spiky skin reminding people that he killed a Superman.
The adamantium renders his bones virtually unbreakable and his claws capable of penetrating almost any substance depending on its thickness and the force he exerts. His reinforced skeleton also enables him to withstand heavy physical pressure, giving his muscles sufficient force to briefly lift 800 pounds or more.
Like his namesake, Spider-Man's strength and agility stand far above those of the average human, allowing him to lift nearly ten tons and to leap and move at incredible speeds with high accuracy. He also heals faster than normal when injured, though he is not completely immune to viruses and other human ailments.
Batman can run at a peak of 40 miles per hour. This is the most cited number considering that he is supposed to “exceed” the level of Olympic athletes. Even though Batman is an “ordinary” human, he was faster than moving vehicles and bullets on several occasions.
This difference in gravity allows Superman to lift objects that measure in the tons. In fact, the comics have put Superman's strength at a point where he's able to lift around 2 billion tons! To put that into perspective, the Empire State Building is only 365,000 tons!
Batmans punch i would compare to being hit by a Sledge Hammer at Full Force. he's one shotted Metallo, Killer Croc, Hurt a Fully powered Gorilla Grodd, and he's literally cracked Bazooka Proof Glass. How would you take down Batman?
Batman is stronger than the average human because of his years of diligent training and self-discipline. He operates at peak human performance and is capable of performing feats beyond what regular human is capable of. Batman is also a master of almost all known martial arts and quite a skilled hand-to-hand combatant.
Captain Marvel can lift 200 tons when in Binary mode—a hefty 400,000 pounds that is well over the combined lift of Cap, Iron Man, Widow, Black Panther, Scarlet Witch, Vision, Ant-Man, the Wasp, Doctor Strange, and Hawkeye.
While Batman does have some of the characteristics that would allow him to lift Mjolnir, he also has committed several acts that disqualify him. This is a man who once kept extensive files on his allies in case he needed to take them down, files that were stolen and used against said allies.
In fact, the comics have put Superman's strength at a point where he's able to lift around 2 billion tons!
Strength Level
Class 100+ ; The Juggernaut possesses vast physical strength which exact limit is unknown but he is able to lift far in excess of 100 tons effortlessly. He is one of the strongest beings to ever walk the Earth.
Strength Level: Venom possesses superhuman strength enabling him to lift (press) almost 11 tons. Known Superhuman Powers: The alien costume, which has grafted itself to the nervous system of Eddie Brock, somehow absorbed the powers of Spider-Man during its brief symbiotic relationship with him.
Assuming Thanos works like a human, he can lift up to 60% of his own bodyweight, making the amount he can bench press 567lb, or 428.65kg.
In a 2018 video, Hemsworth reps out bench presses with 195. Because this was part of an exhausting eight sets of bench presses (and was at least a 10-rep set), we've estimated Thor's one-rep strength then at 300.
