In all, his dad is what he fears the most. I believe it would have been his father. Despite him loving his family and doing horrible things to protect them (Voldemort threatened his and his family's lives if he didn't kill Dumbledore), he always seemed as if he was trying to gain the approval of his father.
The death of his family, and especially his son.
Interestingly, Lucius' Boggart form in the Lego Harry Potter Years 1-4 video game is Voldemort, although it's worth pointing out that this is the default setting for any character without a canonical form.
Draco Malfoy's patronus is never mentioned in the Harry Potter series, and there is no canon information about what form it might take. However, some fans have speculated that his patronus could be a dragon, given his surname and his interest in dragons, which is shown in the series.
“Harry was constantly crushing on Draco. He just couldn't hide it.” In the books and movies, Harry and Draco are constantly at each other's throats, given that Draco's parents are Voldemort supporters and the evil wizard killed Harry's parents. “I think he made quite an impression on Ron as well,” Grint, 30, chimed in.
Specifically, Draco was jealous of Harry. It was easy to miss because Draco didn't often show his emotions, modelling himself on his cold, confident, calculating father, but J.K. Rowling has confirmed that a lot of his enmity towards Harry stemmed from envy.
He didn't want to make Harry uncomfortable; after all, they live together, eat together, work together and even share ownership of a temperamental cat. Harry just laughs, “I'm in love with you too, you git.” Draco kisses him, putting years worth of pent-up longing into one moment.
Therefore, figuring out a spell that is Draco's favorite is hard and, in the movies, there is no defining moment that cements a spell as his favorite. Based on Harry Potter lore, and an article by The Healthy Journal, Draco's signature spell is a N.E.W.T standard spell, The Protean Charm.
1 Albatross
As the rarest Patronus in the Wizarding World possible, the Albatross represents an enormous bird that flies freely across any sea.
This was an eagle owl owned by Draco Malfoy. During Malfoy's first year at Hogwarts School, the owl delivered daily packages of sweets from his mother.
Later life. Lucius and Draco's crimes were forgiven due to their abandonment of Voldemort and his cause and Narcissa's lie to the Dark Lord that saved Harry Potter's life in the Forbidden Forest in the Battle of Hogwarts. None of them served time in Azkaban.
Narcissa's greatest moment, however, was when she chose to betray Voldemort in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Not knowing whether Draco was alive or dead, Narcissa chose to lie to the Dark Lord rather than risk losing her son.
Bellatrix had a fear of rejection as well where Voldemort was concerned, wanting nothing more than to please him but was always frightened that she would lose his favor.
Her greatest fear was probably failure
'A piece of homework that only got nine out of ten? ' Ron was joking (as he often does) but he was actually very close to the truth.
Draco's love language was touch and no one could prove otherwise. From the way his hands would cup her face when he kissed her to the simple hand he's have on her back when they'd were walk together, everyone knew that she was Draco's.
Worst: Lucius Malfoy
Lucius Malfoy is pretty clearly a bad person, but he's a perfect example of how banal cruelty and evilness can be. Lucius likes to control, humiliate, and cause people pain, but he's also too weak and self-absorbed to really become one of the evil "greats," so to speak.
Harry yells “Sectumsempra,” the hex scribbled in the margins of the Half-Blood Prince's book. Blood spurts from Draco's face and chest, and Myrtle beings screaming. Snape bursts into the room and heals Draco's wounds almost immediately. Snape hurries Draco to the hospital wing, commanding Harry to wait behind.

Malfoy spots Harry and casts a Cruciatus curse; Harry, defending himself, using the Half-Blood Prince's Sectumsempra spell without knowing its effects. To his horror, it gashes Draco's face and chest, spilling his blood everywhere.
Draco lost his virginity to her on the Yule Ball night in fourth year and since then Draco and Pansy had been sexual partners. Pansy found out Draco's feelings for Hermione sometime at Hogwarts and the two were assumed to break up around the end of the War.

Pansy Parkinson and Draco Malfoy
Her natural flair for the loud and dramatic made her the perfect provider of the attention that Draco so often wanted. It was Pansy who 'simpered' over Draco after Buckbeak the Hippogriff attacked him, and they even attended the Yule Ball together.
