Kimiko's Powers Explained
She's certainly not a "supe" in the traditional sense, but she does possess inhuman strength, enhanced toughness, and improved agility and speed, and these abilities are permanent, rather than when her colleagues in The Boys take a hit of Compound V for a temporary boost.
She pushes him out of the way, absorbing the full brunt of the blast. Normally, this wouldn't be an issue for Kimiko, given her healing powers. However, to Frenchie's horror, Kimiko's extensive wounds don't heal after Soldier's Boy's blast. Somehow, the beam took away Kimiko's powers.
Kimiko is hit with one of his blasts before he runs off and is badly injured. Come the end of the episode she is bleeding out in the back of a van, unable to heal herself like usual because she has no more Compound V in her body.
Superhuman Strength: Considered the muscle of the Boys team, alongside his best friend The Female, the Frenchman is superhumanly strong and extremely durable, which aids his brutal ferocity and nature.
Superhuman Agility: Queen Maeve's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are all enhanced to levels that are way beyond the natural physical limits of even the finest human athlete. On a mission with Homelander, she jumped high onto a wall and was even able to run across it.
Although Hughie is angry at Butcher, he soon comes to accept his powers (which are permanent) of improved strength and durability. There's also a heightened sense of intelligence, which differs drastically to his TV counterpart. When jacked on V24, TV Hughie has strength and the ability to teleport.
After being exposed to Compound V, Kimiko was turned into a weapon that was partially immune to harm, as she's able to heal from injuries like no one else on the Boys' Supe-hunting squad.
Limited Regeneration: Though Noir does possess a healing factor, it's shown to have considerable limits to what it can heal, as he is not able to restore organs and bones. In Nicaragua, Soldier Boy horrifically maimed Black Noir by burning his face and partially destroying his brain.
Kimiko is the strongest hero of The Boys, with heightened levels of superhuman strength, durability, speed, and reflexes. She also possesses an accelerated healing factor that allows her to heal almost as fast as she's injured.
Originally referred to simply as "The Female," Kimiko is a literal silent assassin who gained superhuman strength and regenerative powers after being forcibly injected with Compound V by Vought to create super terrorists for their superheroes to fight. She also became mute after her mother was killed.
In Season 2, Kimiko actually hugs Starlight as a way of thanking her for this noble course of action... even though she was passed out and had no idea of knowing who saved her unless she was told about it later on off-screen.

She was experimented on with Compound V, leaving her mute but with extreme power and strength. On top of that, she can heal herself so she's basically indestructible. Kimiko is the Boys' answer to their superhero problem.
The Boys encourages its audience not to bother labeling Frenchie and Kimiko. It's a connection unique to them, occupying a middle-ground somewhere between romance, family, and friendship. Nevertheless, "soul mates" feels like the most accurate available description.
Coming out of the fantasy sequence, Kimiko leaned in and kissed Frenchie, who didn't seem to know how to respond when they pulled away. But as he was getting coffee, Frenchie smiled to himself, just as Nina's men nabbed him, leaving a happy Kimiko all by herself.
So, YES! Kimiko does die in The Boys comic, but she isn't killed by the Soldier Boy. Of course, the TV show doesn't completely follow the source material, but it's still too early for the series to kill a crucial character like Kimiko.
Yup, Soldier Boy is Homelander's biological father. Suddenly all these daddy issues make a lot more sense. This character element isn't from the original The Boys comics, but was something Kripke and the writer's room came up with for the show.
Homelander kills Noir for no other reason than he's mad about him withholding the truth about his parentage. It's a sad and shocking way to see this silent yet relatively good (in Boys/Payback terms anyway) character go. And he exhibits no remorse for it at all.
In both the comic and TV series, Noir is a member of the hedonistic and reckless Vought-American superhero group the Seven and is depicted as a "silent ninja" type parody of Batman, Snake Eyes and Deathstroke.
Rather, Kimiko is perfectly able to speak in the comics - she just chooses not to. However, Kimiko in the comics does say one thing near the end of The Boys: "I hate mean people." Although she is able to talk throughout the entirety of The Boys comics, this is the only time Kimiko speaks.

Despite her extended lifespan and super endurance, Ryan critically wounded Stormfront with his heat vision in a bid to protect his mother. With powers that volatile, Ryan could have the upper hand in a fight against Homelander, especially if Homelander struggles to react.
The grand finale of The Boys comic book series confirms that there is only one hero who is actually stronger than Homelander, and that's his (even more) evil clone, Black Noir. Created to be an upgraded version of Homelander, Black Noir proves his superiority in the final battle between these two deranged powerhouses.
During his championship, Mother's Milk discovered the powers afforded to him thanks to the Compound V — these included superhuman strength, agility, stamina and durability. Not long after accidentally using these powers to kill someone, he was approached by Billy Butcher and joined the Boys.
Powers. Superhuman Strength: Butcher's physical strength was augmented by Compound V. Hence, he was able to easily lift a grown man and knee him in the groin with enough force to hinder his performance. He crumbled a pistol in his bare hands, and one-shot Big Game with a single headbutt.
