Rooster Booster promotes natural healthy plant growth. Essential plant nutrients are released slowly into the soil, stimulating microbiological activity making further nutrients available to the plant. Rooster Booster also helps the development of healthy well structured soils.
Rooster Booster is perfect for fruit trees, established trees, vegetable and flower beds, roses, and azaleas. This product is exclusive to Bunnings.
Rooster Booster is a chicken manure-based, processed pellet that retains the living microbial benefits as well as all the organic nutrients and trace elements naturally supplied.
Tomatoes like a good full day of sun and ideally some protection from the wind. Dig your position over well and incorporate plenty of Rooster Booster or Seamungus throughout the soil.
Rooster Booster also helps the development of healthy well-structured soils. It promotes microbial and earthworm activity which bind soil particles together to improve soil structure and tilth. Better soil structure allows roots to grow unrestricted in a nutrient rich environment.
Natives and Azaleas: 100g per shrub applied once every 8-10 weeks.
Wazzbat, the Rooster Booster doesnt compare with the dynamic Lifter because the female hormones that are in D L are required to stabilise the nitrogen levels & make them available to the plants!
Using a liquid fertilizer like compost or worm casting tea every 14 days is the way to go. Fertilizing tomato plants with liquid helps in two distinct ways, absorbing nutrients through the plant's roots, and the leaves. Organic fertilizer, compost tea, or worm casting tea are all great choices for fertilizing plants.
Some growers prefer to use a high-phosphorus fertilizer, indicated by a larger middle number. You can also keep things simple with a fertilizer especially formulated for tomatoes – usually with a ratio like 3-4-6 or 4-7-10. Most importantly, don't over-fertilize. Too little fertilizer is always better than too much.
Directions: 1 cc - 3 cc of B-12 liquid may be mixed in feed or administered orally with a dose syringe daily. If preferred, mix 1 oz of B-12 liquid per gallon of water.
A good soil amendment, chicken manure adds organic matter and increases the water holding capacity and beneficial biota in soil. A good fertilizer; chicken manure provides Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium to you plants (more than horse, cow or steer manure).
How to spread chicken pellets. Chicken pellets can be used to fertilise soil from February to November, and should be applied every 4-6 weeks during the growing season all around the garden.
Kelp meal boosts soil and plants with beneficial hormones. Gibberellins, in particular, are helpful for boosting flowering. Along with adding hormones, kelp meal increases plant nutrient uptake, allowing your plants to grow big and strong.
Do not apply Seasol and PowerFeed during the heat of the day. As PowerFeed is a fertiliser it may burn the foliage of the plant or lawn. If fungal problems are an issue, it is best to apply Seasol and PowerFeed in the morning to avoid moisture residue on the foliage overnight.
Roses are hungry plants. Feed them every two months with manure, compost or a Certified Organic fertiliser like Rooster Booster. For really amazing flowers also use OCP eco-aminogro with OCP eco-seaweed every 2-4 weeks and apply either to the foliage or water into the soil.
When tomatoes sprout, they only have two leaves. These seedlings leaves look like two narrow leaves on either side of the stem. Water gently and apply Seasol GOLD or Seasol weekly (30mL of concentrate per 9 litres of water) as this will help to stimulate strong root development and healthy growth.
Late in the season use an Epsom salt spray to increase tomato and pepper yield and keep plants green and bushy; early in the season add Epsom salt to the soil to aid germination, early root and cell development, photosynthesis, plant growth, and to prevent blossom-end rot.
Is blood and bone good for tomatoes? Blood and bone is ideal to use on your tomato plants. Make sure you select a brand that has added potassium for good fruit development.

We would suggest that you don't fertilise your newly laid lawn until it is three months old. After that period of time you can then use the Dynamic Lifter on your lawn without the fear of it causing any burning.
If vigorous leaf growth is your aim, then Blood and Bone is the best choice. But keep in mind that high Nitrogen levels can cause burning of foliage. However, if you're looking for a more balanced formula or fertiliser for fruiting and flowering plants, then Dynamic Lifter is probably your best option.
Mowing actually helps make your grass grow thicker because the tip of each blade contains hormones that suppress horizontal growth. When you cut the lawn, you remove these tips allowing the grass to spread and grow thicker near the roots.
Mowing is the key to a healthy lawn – each cut encourages the grass to grow more thickly, creating a luxuriant look. It also blocks out weeds and makes the grass more hard-wearing. Cutting the grass can take up quite a lot of time in the growing season, so it's worth making sure that you're doing it properly.
Simply put, grass clippings are good for lawns because they turn into natural fertilizer. Clippings contain the same things as the rest of your grass – including water and the nutrients (especially nitrogen) that your lawn needs to stay healthy.
