Her body has physical limitations and is only as durable as a human body can be. Her use of magic also drains her physically and is quite exhausting for her as is seen during Multiverse of Madness. She is vulnerable to all attacks and bullets and was easily injured by Proxima Midnight during the attack on Vision.
When it comes to the Avengers who can beat Scarlet Witch, Doctor Strange is undoubtedly one of the most potent contenders. His ability to manipulate the fabric of reality and his mastery of the mystic arts make him a formidable adversary.
To Be All Alone
There's little doubt that this is Wanda's greatest fear, as she's had to deal with it from the beginning of her time in the MCU. She couldn't deal with the prospect of being all alone when the events of Westview took place, projecting her fear into every person in the town.
Rogue is one of the X-Men's most formidable members. Her mutant ability to absorb the powers of others makes her a great powerhouse, as she can have the powers of anyone she touches. This ability has become even more potent since she mastered it, and it was also how she was able to kill Scarlet Witch.
Scarlet Witch Can Create and Manipulate Reality
Scarlet Witch can rewrite reality and make her a threat to the entire multiverse. In fact, WandaVision showcases more of Wanda's powers as she uses her Chaos Magic to create a pocket of reality.
Thor's powerset is objectively more versatile than Wanda's, and he is physically superior in every aspect. Wanda has enough juice to alter reality and might use her magic to counter some of his powers, but she has nothing to counter his physical superiority.
Scarlet Witch's most important aspect in this fight is that she has the ability to defeat Superman. He is not impervious to magic, so her hits will damage him.
In the main Marvel Comics continuity, despite all her power, the Scarlet Witch could not stand next to god-like forces such as the Phoenix Force, Galactus, and the Living Tribunal. Wanda was considered to be the Nexus Being of Earth-616, but there were still forces far more powerful than her.
Scarlet Witch's power is vast, but gods are beyond her. To begin with, Scarlet Witch isn't the type to lead with her most powerful attacks; she's not going to try to completely rewrite reality to beat Highfather quickly. Even if she did, Highfather is the leader of the New Gods, the head of a pantheon.
Additionally, Wanda demonstrated just how powerful she was in Infinity War, when she was able to repel Thanos while simultaneously destroying Vision's Mind Stone. So it stands to reason that Wanda would have been able to single-handedly whoop Thanos into oblivion, had he not called in cover fire from above.
Wanda is emotionally complex, which is likely the result of how she developed her powers. She was born with innate magical abilities that are triggered and heightened during times of stress—and she has sustained a great deal of stress-inducing adversity in her life.
The source of Wanda's unnatural abilities stem from a two-fold base; unparalleled mastery of actual magic and an innate power to warp reality. Due to exposure to mystic energies and forces at an early age, Wanda may reshape reality to various extremes.
Scarlet Witch being able to revive herself effectively makes her immortal in much the same way the Five have brought resurrection to the mutant population. If anything, it's even more impressive.
If Scarlet Witch can't use her devastating Hex powers while her eyes are covered, then there is one hero who is the perfect person to call for such a task: Spider-Man.
It is not hard to conclude that Doctor Strange would be one of the most capable heroes to take on Wanda in a fight, given his expertise in the mystic arts.
The One Above All was one of the many victims of Thanos in his eternal quest to please Death. He was obliterated along his fellow Celestials by Thanos when he stabbed Black Bolt to death in order to use his destructive voice as weapon.
This revelation sheds light on how Wanda uses her powers, and she needs her sense of sight to control her hexes. If there's one superhero who can totally beat her, it would be Spider-Man. Remember when the Webslinger covered his foe's entire face with his web? That is one of his signature moves!
In Doctor Strange 2, Black Bolt's mouth was removed by Scarlet Witch. Panicked, Black Bolt tied to speak, causing his brain to implode from the power of his own voice, which was still destructive as ever. However, Black Bolt would likely have annihilated Wanda with a single word.
Hawkeye. On numerous occasions in the comics, Clint Barton has said he's just a regular guy with a bow and arrow. Unfortunately, his lack of power usually leads to him suffering injuries regularly and has led to fans deeming him the weakest member of the Avengers.
Without question, the One Above All is the most powerful character in all of Marvel Comics. How do we know this? Well, the One Above All is literally God. The creator of every single being in existence, the One Above All is the ultimate force for good in all the multiverses.
Wanda Maximoff (better known as her superhero alter-ego, the Scarlet Witch) is arguably the most powerful sorcerer/magic user in the entire Marvel Universe. The Scarlet Witch's magic abilities are practically limitless, ranging from mind control or creating illusions to full-on telekinesis and shooting hex bolts.
Thor, the god of Thunder, was undoubtedly the most powerful member of the original Avengers. His power continues to grow in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
End of Story. THE FLASH wins! He's ability to see INFINITE POSSIBILITIES before they happen not to now talk about his Speed Force warning ability of his Opponent gives him the ability to negate all of Wanda's powers.
Wanda Maximoff Is the Most Powerful MCU Character
And since the MCU was designed to please everyone, not only comic book readers, downgrading most characters' powers helped to keep the movies grounded until people were addicted to Marvel Studios' colorful universe.
If you're talking about MCU Wanda, then Goku wins easily. This Wanda can't scratch Goku because he is far above her in terms of raw power. And she is too slow to somehow react to Goku's attacks, because he is many thousands of times faster than light, and her reaction does not exceed the supersonic level.
