Full — A good place to start for a full-size quilt is 70 inches / 178cm by 88 inches / 224cm or 88 inches / 224cm by 100 inches / 254cm.
A queen-size quilt is generally 60 inches by 80 inches.
Single quilt size is 135 x 200cm / 53 x 79 inches. Single bed dimensions are 90 x 190cm / 53 x 75 inches.
The standard dimensions of a single bed quilt are 140x210cm.
Our 240x220cm quilts will be suitable for our Queen and 180x200cm size mattresses. Our 150x200cm quilts will be suitable for Single size mattresses, junior and extendable size mattresses.
You've priced your quilt, now you want to sell it. Sewing is Cool states that a queen size quilt starts around $350 and can go as high as $1,500. A baby quilt will run between $150 and $400.
What we need most are adult quilts that are approximately 50" x 70" in size. There is a 2" leeway (plus or minus), however, so quilts that are 48"-52" in one direction and 68"-72" in the other direction are acceptable. If you are unsure, we recommend that you err on the larger size.

The standard size for a double or full-size bed quilt is 85″ x 108″. And the pre-cut batting size is 81″ x 96″.
A standard double bed mattress is 135cm x 190cm and the same quilt 200cm x 200cm is a normal fit for this bed. A king size bed is 150cm x 200cm and will need a quilt at least 220cm x 220cm.

Full (and double) size beds are both 54” wide by 75” long. Bedding for this size bed may be referred to as full or double size bedding. However, queen size beds are larger, measuring 60” wide by 80” long. No other size is synonymous with queen, and only queen size bedding will fit that mattress size appropriately.
An easy rule of thumb is to buy a quilt and quilt cover at least one size bigger than your bed. So, if you're snoozing on a single, use a double quilt, and if you've doubled down on bed size, cover it with a queen.
Can you use a king size duvet on a double bed? Yes, if you prefer a larger size duvet then you can use a bigger size than your bed.
