And that the one who did not act upon his knowledge will find that his knowledge has become a source of Wabal (harm, evil), Hasrah (grief, sorrow) and Nadamah (regret, remorse) for him.

Allah calls Himself Al-'Aleem— The All-Knowing, The Omniscient— on more than 150 occasions in the Quran. He is the One whose knowledge is complete and perfect. Al-'Aleem knows the tiniest of details of all things hidden and manifest and He has recorded the properties of everything in a book that is with Him!
اَللّـهُمَّ اْجَعلْ لي في قَلْبى نُوراً وَبَصَراً وَفَهْماً وَعِلْماً اِنَّكَ عَلى كُلِّ شَي قَديرٌ . o Allah fill my heart and mind with true enlightenment, discerning intelligence, quick understanding and knowledge, Verily Thou art able to do all things.

Allahumma la sahla illa ma ja'altahu sahla, wa anta taj'alul-hazna iza syi'ta sahla. “O Allah, there is no ease except in that which You have made easy and You make the difficulty if You wish, easy.”

Benefits of Ayatul Kursi 100 times? Whoever recites Ayat al-Kursi every morning will be in the safety of God until night. If a person recites it once when he goes out of the house, then God Almighty has a group of angels to come and protect him.
Recite it 8x a Day
1) Before sleeping: “When you lie down in your bed, recite Āyat al-Kursī from beginning to end; a guardian angel will stay by you and no devil will approach you, until you wake up in the morning” (Bukhārī).
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: “If one recites Ayatul Kursi before going to sleep, Allah will send an Angel to come and look after you and protect.” One who recites Ayatul Kursi after every prayer, their Nimaz will be accepted, and they will remain in the safety of the Allah Almighty and He will protect them.
