The Current Guinness Record for most weight lifted by a human is now held by the two-time Canada's Strongest Man winner Gregg Ernst. Having already been watched by over 1,000 people lifting two grown oxen, in July 1993, Ernst lifted 2,422.2kg (5340lb), making this officially the world's heaviest lift.
Super human, not superhuman
A person exhibiting hysterical strength is reckoned to have lifted at least 3000lbs (or about a tonne and a half) – the ballpark weight of a mass-market, non-truck, passenger vehicle.

Batman's Strength Is On A Nearly Superhuman Level
In Batman #655, Bruce is shown to be bench pressing over 1000 pounds during one of his regular workouts. In Batman Odyssey #2, Bruce mentions that his maximum leg press is 2500 pounds.
Eddie Hall set the current world record for heaviest deadlift at the Europe's Strongest Man competition in 2016, when he pulled 500 kgs, or 1,102 pounds.

Final thoughts. People obsess over the 100kg bench press, but we think it is with good reason - it's simultaneously an impressive amount to lift for most people, but also quite an attainable weight if you work hard and follow a strict programme.
The silverbacks are in fact stronger than 20 adult humans combined as they can lift or throw up to 815 kgs while a well-trained man can only lift up to 400 kgs. Any adult gorilla can lift up to 450 kilograms, not with a body size that can go as high as 200kgs.
The answer is no. Nopesolutely. First, the amount of training that you need to do and just the sheer brutality of the deadlift means that it's going to take a lot to recover from. Guess what, steroids help with that.
