Slytherin is the most common house in 69 countries across the world.
As revealed by Chandler Wood, Community Manager at Avalanche Software, Slytherin is the most popular house in Hogwarts Legacy with 6,751,000 users. Gryffindor is in second place with 6,088,000 players, followed by Hufflepuff at 5,115,000.
While the other houses seem cool and invite a certain allure, Hufflepuff is a little different. Often considered the least desirable of all the sorting options, here are some reasons why Hufflepuff house is the worst.
Gryffindor is the most populous House on Pottermore and I think Hufflepuff would be one of the “easiest” to get into, as Hufflepuff rarely will turn away a student who wants to learn.
Hufflepuff. Known for being the most inclusive house to invite anyone who valued hard work, the students of the Hufflepuff House are generally thought of as a good-natured lot, and pride themselves on patience, loyalty, and fair play.
Since Hufflepuff isn't known for things like brains or brawn, the house is often considered the worst Hogwarts house.
Harry Potter came very close to being sorted into Slytherin before he persuaded the Hat to sort him into Gryffindor.
After a fellow Slytherin, the next best match for this shrewd house would probably be Ravenclaw. A Slytherin could use Ravenclaw's intellectual and inquisitive nature to their advantage, plan their world domination in minute detail.
If you have qualities of Gryffindor and Slytherin, but you care more about being brave than ambitious, choose Gryffindor. If you're intelligent and loyal, but you care more for intelligence, choose Ravenclaw. Meanwhile, Helga Hufflepuff has the right idea and she'll treat you all the same.
Yet only a little more than 15 percent of people would be Gryffindor, and just over 5 percent would be Slytherin! The rest of the data collected is super interesting and definitely worth a scan too.
Hufflepuff has produced the least amount of Dark wizards
Although Hufflepuff is not exactly known for its glorious victories in the Hogwarts House Cup, it gets points for not producing that many evil wizards, Death Eaters, and Lord Voldemort-types.
Ultimately, even if Ravenclaw was the perfect option for Hermione, the storyline would not have been able to develop so well if she was sorted into this particular house. It was her place in Gryffindor that brought the infamous trio together.
Even J.K. Rowling says that Hufflepuff is her favorite House. It's produced the fewest Dark wizards of all four Houses. Hufflepuffs are down-to-earth.
Gryffindor is the house of the brave, making this one of their best Hogwarts house traits. Harry ended up there because of his courage. Hermione and Ron joined him for the same reason.
Gryffindor: Harry Styles
Harry is not only one of pop music's finest young talents, he's making waves in the movie industry too. Currently shooting World War II movie Dunkirk, Harry has been praised for his bravery during gruelling shoots.
You can be creative rather than academic and be a Ravenclaw
While there are plenty of Ravenclaws who fit that description, there are many others who demonstrate that cleverness doesn't just apply to book learning. In fact, intelligence can mean being creative and Luna Lovegood is certainly one example of that.
Ravenclaw is famous for welcoming eccentric people
Ravenclaw hasn't half produced a band of fascinating minds, many of whom touched Harry's life: from Cho Chang and Moaning Myrtle, to the never-ending abstract charms of Luna Lovegood. Intensely intelligent, Ravenclaws are also unique and think outside the box.
Slytherins and Ravenclaws have a great time bouncing ideas back and forth. While they might not be the best of friends, the Ravenclaws — being admittedly more intellectually advanced — understand how wild our minds can run and are able to empathize and provide a sense of rationality.
Hufflepuffs. Hufflepuffs are the opposite of Slytherins because they are eager to build a consensus that everyone can live with.
Ravenclaw is the house renowned for its wit, wisdom and for only accepting the cleverest students. Yet these aren't the only things that make a Ravenclaw. We look at other ways you can belong to this house…
The winner of both PC and consoles. This probably doesn't come as a surprise, but Slytherin is the biggest house in Hogwarts Legacy, according to the game's "Find the Map Chamber" achievements.
Slytherin is officially the most popular house for "Hogwarts Legacy" users, except in the Midwest where we're still stuck on Gryffindor.
She asked for it so the hat put her in GRyfindor but by no means is that the only reason. Tottot1234 Terry Boot: "How come you're not in Ravenclaw? With brains like yours?" Hermione: "Well, the Sorting Hat did seriously consider putting me in Ravenclaw during my Sorting, but it decided on Gryffindor in the end."
