Inland Taipan (Oxyuranus microlepidotus)
The inland taipan is the most venomous of any snake in Australia, and even in the world – even more than the popularly feared sea snakes. This extremely venomous snake species is endemic to semi-arid regions of central east Australia.
The saw-scaled viper, Echis carinatus, is considered the deadliest snake in the world, according to Britannica. This type of snake is said to be responsible for "more human deaths than all other snake species combined." The venom of the saw-scaled viper is not as lethal as other snakes, but it is far more aggressive.
More than 80% of untreated Inland Taipan bites result in fatality, and this snake rarely bites without envenomation. If you get bitten by a fierce snake or an Inland Taipan, you need to seek medical treatment immediately.
The Venom Milk Off included the Tiger Snake, The King Brown Snake and the Coastal Taipan. All three snakes are known for being incredibly deadly, and the task had everyone's hearts racing as each snake was revealed from the bags.
Estimated to have enough venom in each bite to kill more than 100 men, the Inland Taipan is considered the most venomous snake in the world. However, this serpent is characteristically reclusive, placid and unlikely to attack. It inhabits remote, semi-arid regions in Queensland and South Australia.
However according to statistics released by the National Coronial Information Service, eastern browns are responsible for the majority of snake bite deaths. Up to 65 per cent of fatalities between 2000 and 2016 were attributed to the venomous species, which is found across most of eastern Australia.
If the cobra lands a body shot, then the taipan could counterattack. The only thing to remember in this case is the size differential. The taipan's venom is stronger, but the cobra's body is a lot bigger. If both snakes got bitten, they're both going to die.
The black mamba is supposedly the most dangerous snake, while the inland taipan is likely the snake with the deadliest venom. Black mambas are larger, faster, very aggressive, and capable of attacking from a distance.

South Australia
Sand dunes are common breeding grounds for snakes of this region. Most of the venomous tend to be in this area. This is because it receives large amounts of sun but at the same time allows for enough cover for protection. The Tiger snake is a species that represent South Australia.
The Coastal Taipan is often regarded as the most dangerous snake in Australia. They are extremely nervous and alert snakes, and any movement near them is likely to trigger an attack.
Before we get to the fun bit, we should note that black mambas are from Africa and inland taipans are from Australia. This means under natural circumstances, the two species would never meet. In fact, black mambas and inland taipans are like the “alpha” snakes of Africa and Australia.
The mulga snake (Pseudechis australis) is immune to most Australian snake venom, and is known to also eat young inland taipans. The perentie (Varanus giganteus), a large monitor lizard, shares the same habitat. As it grows large enough, it readily tackles large venomous snakes as prey.
A mongoose would win a fight against an inland taipan, but the mongoose might die shortly after winning. Mongooses have limited resistance to some snake venom. However, these mammals live in Africa; they are not accustomed to the venom of the inland taipan from Australia.
An anaconda would win a fight against an inland taipan. The size difference, in this case, would result in the anaconda being able to bite, constrict, drown, or use all three methods to kill the much smaller snake.
When bitten by a snake, the Jaanga First Nations people of inland Queensland survived by laying down under a tree and not moving a muscle for four to five days while their people brought them food and water.
Except for large pythons that may prey on small wallabies, kangaroos are not a natural food source for most snakes. With these large-snake-small-roo exceptions, snakes do not hunt kangaroos or wallabies - they prefer smaller prey.
Another common plant remedy was the sap of the Native or Cherry Ballart (Exocarpas cupressiformis), used for snake bites.
