Ozymandias (Breaking Bad)
Exactly TWO YEARS. It clearly starts on Walt's 50th birthday and it ends on Walt's 52nd birthday. Walt may lie but breakfast doesn't! Now a couple of days later and the excitement is gone, how bad was the final of Breaking Bad?
Depends how matured your child is
If your kid knows that doing drugs is not the way to go and to never ever do them then this show is fine for people 12+. There are some gory parts but you legit can close your eyes if you can't watch.
The fourth season of “Breaking Bad” is perhaps the most complete season of the show as it takes viewers on an incredible journey as White attempts to dethrone Fring from his meth empire crown.
For Mature Teenagers and Up.
Breaking Bad is a neo-Western crime drama franchise created by American filmmaker Vince Gilligan, primarily based on the television series Breaking Bad (2008–2013) and Better Call Saul (2015–2022), the latter co-created with Peter Gould, and the film El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie (2019).
His criminal activity has resulted in the death of a family member. With Hank's death the Heisenberg façade is shattered for good. Walt can't deny his culpability in Hank's death, not with any credibility. He doesn't have that resolve anymore.
Breaking Bad can be considered as the greatest TV show of all time according to IMDb. The hit series has long maintained a spot at the top of the list of the best-reviewed TV shows, as averaged by fan voting for each episode. It has a strong 95% approval rating with nearly two million total votes.
And while, of course, Walter White is evil, too, (himself being an antagonist who makes numerous questionable decisions), it's no secret that fans root for him over the course of the series. Anyone who gets in his way is deemed an antagonist, but only a few Breaking Bad villains stand out as genuinely evil characters.
And with the truth being stranger than fiction and all that other stuff, Breaking Bad had to be based on a true story, at the very least. But surprisingly, none of what we saw unfold over the six seasons of the show is based on a true story.
I would even go so far as to say that Better Call Saul is a much better show. I say this with the caveat that the shows are, for all their plot overlaps, polar opposites. Better Call Saul is an intimate legal drama/love story and Breaking Bad is a breakneck action-thriller/family drama.
Linda Speciale is an American actor. She portrays Sexy Neighbor in Breaking Bad.
Netflix recommends it for ages 16+. Of course, that's just a general guideline - and certainly not a prohibition. Netflix also says (on the series overview) that the series is “violent, gritty, dark”. So, I guess the “16+” recommendation is due to this violence.
Not only are those present throughout the series but there are also references to drugs as well. Some characters are even seen doing cocaine in Season 5 episode 2 and 3 and there are references to methamphetamine as well. So, Better Call Saul I'd say is best for ages 13 and up.
The show is extremely violent but most of it isn't particularly graphic and it is just shootings with substantial amounts of blood and gore shown. There are a few parts where it gets more graphic and these parts become more frequent.
In Breaking Bad, who warned Hank (Dean Norris) about the cartel hit and saved his life? It was none other than Gus Fring (Giancarlo Esposito) who contacted Hank about an impending cartel assassination attempt, despite being the one who ordered the hit in the first place.
The first season of Breaking Bad is often considered the weakest. The AMC series didn't start with a bang and as a result, it only became popular during its later stages. Despite the slow start, it ended up impressing fans and leaving a lasting legacy.
There is only one television episode with a perfect score on IMDb, and that deservingly goes to "Ozymandias." The highest-rated Breaking Bad episode and in TV history, the episode is a knockout emotional rollercoaster and a masterclass in dramatic storytelling.
Throughout the five seasons of Breaking Bad, Walt caused the death of almost 300 people, directly or indirectly. As the character descended into wickedness, Walt didn't necessarily seem to fall under the label of a psychotic murderer.
Walt, the trained scientist, calls himself “Heisenberg” after the Heisenberg Uncertainly Principle by the German physicist Werner Heisenberg, who posited that the location and momentum of a nuclear particle cannot be known at the same time.
