The smallest bra size is generally 28AA, but some places (particularly specialist retailers) will produce AAA cups. 28AA means that the bra band is 28 inches and the bust is less than one inch larger than the ribcage.
A 28A bra is one of the smallest bra sizes. A 28A bra size is when the underbust (chest) measurement is 27-28 inches and the overbust (bust) measurement is 29 inches.
And when it comes to 32B bra size, it is on the small side of average. "B" cup is considerably small than average, and it is considered being small bra size. 32 is the band size which is the measurement around your chest, under the breasts where the band of the bra sits.

If C cups are the midpoint or medium breast size indicator on the cup size scale, then D cups mark the transition towards larger breasts and DD cups are the exact opposite of A cups.
30B bra size refers to the band size of 30 which is below average. B refers to the cup size which is closer to average size. There is 2 inches difference between your underbust and overbust measurements. 30B is a small bra size in comparison with C and D cup sizes.
With standard sizing, you can expect a 32C and a 32D to be bracketed together as a Small, a 34C and a 34D to both be Medium, a 36C and 36D to equate a Large, and so on, up through the fit range.
Is A Cup the Smallest Size? The answer is no, A cup is not the smallest size. AA cups are smaller than A, with AAA being the smallest bra size out there (although AAA is not as widely available).
