India: Phaal Curry
Recognised as the spiciest dish on the planet, those who attempt to eat the fiery Phaal Curry are often required to sign a form before eating (essentially so they won't sue the restaurant if something goes terribly wrong).
Sichuan, arguably China's most famous province for spicy food, is noted for their “numbing spice” (麻辣)- a spiciness that both numbs and ignites fires on the tongue at once.

Mexico. There's no doubt, the Mexicans can make the spiciest food in the world with their penchant for Jalapeno, Pabloan, Habanero, Ancho and Serrano peppers. These chilli and peppers that we just listed out are known to be the spiciest ones that you can find in the world.
Most Malaysian love spicy food, but there's a state that's so rad that they double,triple their chilies in their dishes. Some Southeast Asian countries like Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia has the spiciest foods thanks to the bird eyes chilies; one of the spiciest chilies.
However, while other Asian countries are famous for their spicy dishes and peppers, Japanese cooking tends to stay on the more mild side. Still, we know sometimes you want an extra kick and spice to accompany with your meal.
The world's hottest pepper is the Carolina Reaper, grown by Ed Currie of the PuckerButt Pepper Company in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Ranked as the Guinness World Record's hottest pepper, the Carolina Reaper peaked at about 2.2 million Scoville Heat Units, the scale used to rank how spicy peppers are.

Golden Arches is the moniker of choice in China
Per CNN Money, McDonald's name in China was "Maidanglao" which is a Chinese version of the word McDonald's. However, in 2017 the company changed it to "Jingongmen," which is loosely translated as Golden Arches.
By 2018, KFC had 5910 outlets in China, while McDonald's owned only 2700. Based on the data collected of the number of outlets opened in Chinese cities from 1987 to 2007, KFC tends to add 0.39 outlets per year in a city. The rate of new open outlets of McDonald's is about half that of KFC's.
Vietnamese cuisines are generally not spicy but it completely depends on the individual's taste for what they want to eat. Vietnamese food is usually loaded with herbs and fresh veggies, but spice can only be experienced in a few dishes. Vietnamese cuisines have number of must-try delicious dishes and foods.
Spicy food may play a role in promoting heart health. Research shows a correlation between a higher intake of spicy food and a lower risk of cardiovascular disease. Studies have also found a relationship between spicy food intake, higher HDL cholesterol levels (the "good" kind of cholesterol) and lower blood pressure.
México. Mexicans do know how to cook with spice. There is a reason why Mexico is recognized as one of the countries with the world's spiciest food. You will try dishes made with Jalapeño, Pabloan, Serrano, Habanero, and Ancho in Mexican food.
Spicy food has been a South American tradition for at least 6,000 years. Of course, millennia ago the continent was not known by that name and it would not be until after the arrival of Columbus that the Old World would fall for the delightful culinary effects of chilis—the hottest peppers they had ever tasted.
Spice tolerance is subjective!
A recent “Flavor Trend Category Report” by Technomic concludes that Asian people have the highest tolerance for spicy foods, while Caucasians have the least.
