In their second and final fight in Hong Kong, Godzilla defeated Kong, despite the fact that Dr. Nathan Lind believed Kong initially won the second round.

Kong also has a powerful bite. Gorillas can exert a bite force of around 91kg per square centimetre (or 1300 pounds per square inch). Kong's vastly greater size mean a bite force perhaps 100 times greater. For all this brute strength and power, Kong's greatest advantage is his intelligence.
Kang isn't physically stronger than Thanos, and if the two were to square up in a one-vs-one fight then the Titan would arguably win. However, Kang's knowledge of the multiverse means that would quite literally be several steps ahead of Thanos at all times. As a result, Kang wins this battle.

However, Kong is more comfortable on land, faster and more agile, can use his strong legs to jump, and possesses much stronger arms than Godzilla – Kong probably packs a walloping punch. And as an ape, Kong would also likely use tools to some degree and might even capitalize on his throwing ability.
If a T-rex really would get a hold of another dinosaur's neck its opponent is pretty much dead from that point. King Kong has no chance against the I-rex period. The creator of King Kong just needed kong to stay alive until the end.
Mechagodzilla, the mechanized kaiju beat Godzilla outright in Godzilla vs. Kong. His arsenal of missiles and lasers decimated Godzilla, who was almost sluggish in his attempts to fight off his attacker.
As for the humans in his movies, they're usually unable to stop him from running amok in Japan. But in spite of Godzilla's seemingly unbeatable nature, his record is far from flawless. Kang is more powerful than Thanos
Thanos certainly presented the Avengers with a challenge, and his power continued to grow as he amassed the various infinity stones. Kang, though, seems to have almost limitless power once he can access even one aspect of his hyperadvanced technology.

Superman is far more powerful than King Kong, who, after all, is just a large gorilla. In fact, Superman, or his cousin Supergirl, for that matter, would have to restrain themselves... for if either fought Kong going "full strength", there would be a very dead gorilla, very quickly.
