Ultra Ego ( 我儘 わがまま の 極意 ごくい , Wagamama no Goku'i, lit. "The Secret of the Self-indulgent") is an extremely powerful transformation used by Vegeta that utilizes the Ultra Ego ability and the power of destruction.
The Prince of all Saiyans transformed this mental fortitude into physical strength and reached a new level of power with the Super Saiyan Blue transformation. Super Saiyan Blue Evolved is an incredibly powerful transformation that allowed Vegeta to get the upper hand on Top and defeat him in battle.
With the introduction of Ultra Ego, and confirmation from both Vegeta and Beerus that Ultra Instinct wasn't his style, he'll likely never achieve the form.
The Super Saiyan Blue Evolved transformation is the result of a Super Saiyan Blue who has broken their own limits. Vegeta achieved this state in the Tournament of Power, during his battle with Jiren. It was unlocked when Vegeta remembered Cabba, and his strong desire to keep his promise to the young Saiyan.
Gohan Beast is Gohan's most powerful new form. Unlike the more straightforward Super Saiyan God forms, this one is based on Gohan's more animalistic transformations that he had as a child.
Which Form Is Stronger: Ultra Ego, or Ultra Instinct? Ultra Ego by all means is slightly stronger, but doesn't keep up with the speed and agility that Ultra Instinct has. Ultra Instinct has more sharper attacks rather than powerful, and Ultra Ego is rather the opposite, all power and all Ego.
However, chapter #85 of the manga written by Akira Toriyama and drawn by Toyotarou proved that the series will never grow past its old dynamics, meaning that Vegeta will never surpass Goku. Goku and Vegeta's rivalry is one of the most enticing aspects of the Dragon Ball franchise.
Unlike Ultra Instinct, Ultra Ego can be tapped into easily by the user once they awaken it completely. As seen during the Tournament of Power, Goku struggled to do that with his ability, and it wasn't until much later in the manga that he finally mastered it.
Son Gohan Beast is a transformation achieved by Son Gohan. It is unlocked by immense rage, and was achieved when against Cell Max where the Saiyan-half saw his teacher under threat. It is a direct successor to the Ultimate Gohan transformation, and as such, an extension of the Super Saiyan 2 transformation line.
Perfected Ultra Instinct is known by other names such as Mastered and Completed Ultra Instinct, and is still the apex of Goku's power. Not only did Goku beat Jiren in this form, but he also defeated Moro as well.
After some time of training, few failed attempts and guidance from Beerus on differentiating destruction done using normal ki blast and that of Hakai, Vegeta successfully used Hakai to destroy a small pebble after he learnt it.
Believing Cell Max killed Piccolo, Gohan awakened a new form with white Super Saiyan 2-like hair and red pupils. Gohan Beast, also known as "Final Gohan," easily defeated Cell Max and saved Earth once again.
Being the one who taught Vegeta how to utilize the Ultra Ego transformation, it's no surprise Ultra Ego Vegeta can't yet defeat Lord Beerus.
Weaknesses: Vegeta is arrogant and prideful, and if overpowered by someone he considers below him, he can lose his temper. He also seeks strong opponents, and will therefore allow his opponents to reach their full power for the sake of a good fight.
Despite this, Vegeta's Ultra Ego stood side by side with Goku's Ultra Instinct at pretty much all points in time they were shown fighting together. The two forms were undoubtedly portrayed to be equal in power which makes it seem as though Vegeta is actually miles ahead of Goku when it comes to baseline strength.
The Omni-King inside Dragon Ball's universe, Zeno can destroy and erase anything he likes with a simple thought. Theorized to be the strongest being in the multiverse, Zeno is leagues above Vegeta's Ultra Ego. Zeno can destroy entire timelines and universes at just a whim, scaring even those who work beside him.
Hakai (破壊 'Hakai', lit. "Destruction") is a powerful ability used by the Gods of Destruction. In the manga, Goku is also able to use it.
This is a transformation used by the Gods of Destruction and only those who have been trained in the ways of Destroyers. It takes time, but Vegeta always surpasses those who were once stronger than him, and with Ultra Ego, he will eventually surpass Beerus.
Dragon Ball Super's manga wisely puts Vegeta on his own path that reflects his own strengths rather than merely imitating Goku's accomplishments. Then again, Vegeta still can't defeat Jiren in the Tournament of Power.
Ultimately, Frieza loses his opportunity to wish for immortality to Vegeta, who in turn also fails to have this request granted when Porunga, the Eternal Dragon of Namek, prematurely dies.
In the Granolah the Survivor Saga, Beerus displays Ultra Ego against Vegeta to show that there is another path to power separate from Ultra Instinct, first by using Hakai to destroy a decorative planet - releasing an immense amount of energy - and then going on to defeat Super Saiyan God SS Evolved Vegeta with ease.
Beerus has said that Whis is stronger than him, and Whis once demonstrated this by knocking Beerus out with a single blow to the neck.
In the manga's Universe Survival Saga, during the Zeno Expo, Beerus uses Ultra Instinct against the other Gods of Destruction, enabling him to handle multiple Gods of Destruction simultaneously; however, he is eventually restrained by Mule due to not having yet perfected the ability.
