Quite easily one of the toughest battles that Zoro has been in is the one that he fought against Dracule Mihawk, the man who currently holds the title of the World's Strongest Swordsman. Zoro challenged him during the Baratie arc and found out the gulf of power between him and the World's Strongest Swordsman.
Mihawk– Zoro faced Mihawk in Baratie Arc. In order to become the greatest swordsman, he challenged the current title holder. Despite his unique three sword style technique he still suffered a crushing defeat.
Zoro Vs Kaido
The Supernovas facing off against the two Emperors, Kaido and Big Mom, is no doubt one of the best fights of the Wano arc. Zoro himself is one of the most notable fighters to partake in this battle, both scaring and wounding Kaido.
Shusui is another legendary blade from Wano, which Zoro found during the Thriller Bark arc. It belonged to a spectacular swordsman called Shimotsuki Ryuma, and people revered it as a national treasure. The sword has an iconic black blade, indicating its strength and rarity.
Admiral Fujitora's swordsmanship was certainly impressive during the Dressros arc, especially when considering his blindness, as well as his Devil Fruit powers. However, there's little doubt that a post-Wano Zoro would be able to defeat Fujitora.
All the strawhats had the chance to shine and acquired some kind of power-up during this arc. Zoro faced off against Kaku, who was also a swordsman with a zoan type devil fruit. It was a laborious fight, but Zoro eventually took the win.
In summation
Eclipsing Zoro in both mastery of Armament and Conqueror's Haki, Luffy proves himself stronger than Zoro overall. While Zoro does edge out a victory in terms of strength and physical endurance, Armament and Conqueror's Haki are undoubtedly the two more relevant factors here.
In the two-year time skip, Zoro trained under Dracule Mihawk, popularly known as Hawk Eyes Mihawk. One of the popular theories is that the scar on Zoro's left eye is a training mishap. Many believe that Zoro lost his left eye during his training in some sort of accident or battle.
Enma is the strongest sword possessed by Zoro of the Straw Hat Pirates right now.
One of Zoro's most prominent weaknesses is his utter inability to follow directions, resulting in him frequently getting lost. He only became a bounty hunter after leaving Shimotsuki Village because he lost his way while out at sea looking for Mihawk.
2 Weakness: Zoro Constantly Gets Lost
Zoro's most debilitating flaw is that he has a horrible sense of direction. Whenever not explicitly traveling with a crew member, he gets hopelessly lost.
Being of the lowest grade of the three swords, Sandai Kitetsu is the weakest of all the Kitetsu swords. Its name also indicates it was the last of the three to be made. The panel of Zoro keeping Sandai Kitetsu in the manga is extremely similar to that of Zoro keeping Enma.
Zoro can eat 3 devil fruits.
During Zoro's very first usage of the Asura Style against Kaku, he used a technique called the "Demon Aura Nine Sword Style: Asura Ichibugin," and this technique was quite incredible in itself. Unlike Zoro's other techniques, it didn't power through what was in its path.
That said, there is one crew member who stands above the rest in terms of loyalty to Luffy: Roronoa Zoro. The Straw Pirates' first mate has proven his loyalty on numerous occasions throughout the series, even putting his crew mates' well-being above his own life.
The Wanokuni arc of One Piece gave Zoro the spotlight he deserved but fans were more gravitated toward his scenes with Hiyori. It wouldn't surprise fans if Hiyori reveals her feelings for Zoro, her savior. They shared intimate moments and Zoro might even find a sense of belongingness when he's with her.
4 CAN: Roronoa Zoro
Sasuke's talent, training, and Sharingan would probably be enough to overpower him, especially since Zoro gets disoriented easily. Sasuke's speed would allow him to use this disorientation to his advantage.
Points: Zoro 1, Law 0 Devil Fruit Roronoa Zoro is a very powerful character. He is known as one of the most powerful characters in the series and one of the series' best swordsmen; he is, by all means, probably going to surpass even Mihawk in the future.
Absolutely, Sanji is more of a speed blitzer versus Zoro who use strength to overwhelm his opponents. Zoro has an enhanced Strength stat whereas Sanji has an enhanced Speed stat.
