Wano Country Arc
Zoro managed to identify the magistrate as the real culprit and struck him down, regaining Shusui.
Either a) by the same logic Shusui is technically a grade weaker than Enma, Zoro would still have a weaker blade in Enma than Mihawk's Yoru and WB's Murakumogiri, both blackened Saijo O Wazamono swords, which should be stronger than blackening an O Wazamono sword like Enma.
At present, Zoro's current swords are Wado Ichimonji, Sandai Kitetsu, and Enma.
5/5 Sandai Kitetsu
It was first introduced to the fans during the Logue Town arc of the series, where Zoro picked it up from a barrel after sensing sinister energy coming from it. Sandai Kitetsu belongs to the family of the Kitetsu swords and thus, is a Cursed Sword.
During Zoro's very first usage of the Asura Style against Kaku, he used a technique called the "Demon Aura Nine Sword Style: Asura Ichibugin," and this technique was quite incredible in itself.
It was only destroyed due to rusting power of Shu's Sabi Sabi no Mi. When used by Zoro, Yubashiri was one of the three swords for his Three Sword Style style and it was typically used along with Sandai Kitetsu in his Two Sword Style techniques. Wado Ichimonji is Zoro's most treasured weapon as it was been given to him by his master after his childhood friend and greatest rival's untimely death. It's become both a piece of prized equipment and a reminder of their promise to become the strongest swordsman.
Wado Ichimonji is one of the strongest swords in the world and was crafted by a master swordsmith, Shimotsuki Kozaburo. Kozaburo crafted the sword and left Wano, settling in East Blue a few years later. Zoro inherited the sword from his master after vowing to become the strongest swordsman in the world.
Wado Ichimonji has been Zoro's most iconic weapon since day one. 3/8 Roronoa Zoro, Wielder Of Enma (Potential)
This sword was then given to Roronoa Zoro in exchange for Shusui. While the sword is certainly not a Supreme Grade sword yet, it also hasn't blackened. According to Kozuki Sukiyaki, a sword's rank increases once it blackens.
Enma has the distinct trait of releasing its wielder's Busoshoku Haki, otherwise known as "Ryuo" in Wano in excessive amounts, cutting more than intended.
As one of the masterpieces of the legendary Wano swordsmith, Shimotsuki Kozaburo, classified as one of the 21 Great Grade Swords, Wado Ichimonji is among the world's most powerful swords, second to Enma.
Shimotsuki Kozaburo was a member of the Shimotsuki Family and a swordsmith who crafted the Great Grade Meito Wado Ichimonji and Enma. He was born in Wano Country, but illegally departed from there 55 years ago and eventually settled down in what became Shimotsuki Village in the East Blue.
Being of the lowest grade of the three swords, Sandai Kitetsu is the weakest of all the Kitetsu swords. Its name also indicates it was the last of the three to be made. The panel of Zoro keeping Sandai Kitetsu in the manga is extremely similar to that of Zoro keeping Enma.
Also, Shu was able to use the powers to unconsciously defend against one of Zoro's attacks with a cutlass. Right after that, Shu demonstrated that he was also able to use the powers as an attack on living targets, which is also not in the manga; by touching Zoro's arm, Shu was able to rust Zoro's own flesh.
