June, September, and October are considered the best months for a wedding. June, traditionally, is the most popular month to get married, simply because of the mild weather. With that being said, there's no wrong time to get married to the love of your life (though it does help to have good weather).
According to a study by theknot.com, 43% of 2022 weddings took place between September and November. October was the most popular month to get married in 2022, accounting for 20% of all weddings. Fall weddings have become even more popular over the last few years—a trend that will likely continue.
When Is Wedding Off-Season? In contrast, winter is considered the off-season for weddings. Only 11% of weddings took place between December and February last year, making it the least popular season to get married. February is the least popular month for weddings, accounting for just 3% of them in 2022.
Autumn and spring the time to wed
November (spring) and March (autumn) are the most popular months to get married, each hosting 12% of Australia's yearly marriages.
According to the planner, the weekends of Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Indigenous Peoples' Day will be a favorable choice for couples planning a wedding this year. Since many engaged duos will be vying for these days, make sure to book your nuptials far in advance if you haven't already.

The most popular months to get married are from the months of May to October. More specifically, September takes first place at 16 percent, followed by June with 15 percent, and lastly October, at 14 percent. This means that the most popular wedding seasons are Fall/Autumn, and Summer.
In 2021 the median age of men was 30.8 years, and women 29.4 years. It is also worth noting that the gap in median age at first marriage between men and women has narrowed from 2.3 years in 1980, to 1.8 in 2000 and 1.4 years between 2019 and 2021.
What to Know About Getting Married in Your Late 20s to Mid 30s. Dr. Fisher believes that marriages that take place when the couple is in their late 20s to mid 30s are most successful. "By the time we are getting to the late 20s we have a clear sense of who we are and what we want out of life," he explains.
January is the number one month for divorce. People seem to want to bring in the New Year with a fresh start and an end to an unhappy marriage.

Christmas Day was by far the least popular day to get married according to ONS data, with an average of just five weddings per year on December 25. Cost-wise, however, a Christmas Day wedding is unlikely to pay off, since venues get booked out for seasonal celebrations.
Couples with an age gap of 1 to 3 years (with the man older than the woman) were the most common and had the greatest levels of satisfaction. Relationship satisfaction decreased slightly for couples with age gaps of 4 to 6 years and continued to decrease for couples with an age gap of 7 or more years.
If you find Mercury or moon in your seventh house, you will get married at a very young age between 18 and 23. If the seventh house is occupied by Jupiter, you will get married between 24 years and 26 years. Ninety percent of men who have graduated from college are ready for the next step between ages 26 and 33; this is when they are most likely to consider marriage.
The Average Australian Wedding Budget
In Easy Weddings' recent survey of 3,500+ engaged and recently married (2020-22) couples, the average spend for an Australian wedding was $34,715.
The national average age for marriage today in the United States is 27 years old for women and 29 years old for men. This, of course, varies from state to state. Most people will marry between the ages of 25 and 30. Women get married at a younger average age than men get married.
Average Length of Marriages
According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, in 2019, the median duration of an Australian marriage that ended in divorce was 12.2 years [5]. This figure has increased steadily since 1999 when the average marriage length was 11.3 years.
Stanley and Galena K. Rhoades note that “with 70% of couples living together before marriage, it is important to understand how and when cohabitation is associated with poorer odds of marital success.” The report was published last week by the Institute for Family Studies.

Thursday brides will suffer losses, Friday brides will suffer crosses and Saturday brides have no luck at all. Of course, despite this old rhyme, Saturday is the most popular day to get married.
