The Princess of Wales reportedly goes to bed at 10.30pm every night to ensure she's refreshed for the day ahead, according to OK!. And to make sure she's comfortable before going to sleep, the future Queen Consort is said to be a fan of an early dinner around 6pm.
Kate wakes between 6:30 am to 7 am each morning, then gets the kids up to prepare them for the day at school. She'll give the kids breakfast while she prepares herself a green smoothie for her morning meal — normally comprised of raw vegetables like spinach, kale, and spices such as coriander and turmeric.
The Duchess of Cambridge has previously revealed she goes to bed at 10.30pm every night, in order to maintain sleep hygiene and a consistent routine, meaning that it's easier for her to nod off.
And now we've discovered another rule the royals have to follow - and it's all to do with their bedtimes. According to Sir William Heseltine, one of Queen's private secretaries, when staying with Her Majesty, members of the royal family should wait until the Queen retires to bed before they also hit the hay.
After a day of mainly plant-based and raw foods, Kate prefers to indulge in a hearty traditional English supper or nourishing carb-dense meals. She often eats roast chicken for dinner, which is Prince William's favourite meal, and is said to enjoy cooking pizza, pasta and baking cakes with their children.

As for the royal-bride-to-be, she spent her final 24-hours as a single civilian with her family including sister Pippa Middleton, brother James Middleton, and parents Carole and Michael Middleton at the London's five-star Goring Hotel. The Middletons booked out the entire Goring Hotel for the wedding.
The duchess is reportedly also a fan of CrossFit and yoga, makes time to go for a run most days, enjoys cycling, and does all her workouts without a personal trainer! As a "working royal" or "full-time" royal, the duchess spends much of her time working with the various charities she is affiliated with.
Kate Middleton does a mix of cardio and weights. It's common knowledge that the Princess of Wales enjoys incorporating exercise into her routine. According to Daily Mail, Kate does a generous amount of cardio and weights, and she works out daily without a personal trainer.
It is likely that Kate is also a fan of sports, and has been since she was young. At university in St Andrews, Kate took part in rowing, tennis, and skiing. She was also pictured on skiing holidays with Prince William and Prince Harry during the early years of her and William's relationship.
It is said that the apartment has the option for Kate and William to have separate sleeping spaces, but they refuse to utilise them as so, instead sharing a bedroom like regular married couples.
Kate and William typically sleep in the same bedroom in one of their residences. They often have their own bedrooms, however, and have at times stayed in separate rooms during their marriage. They have been known to travel for extensive periods of time, such as when William was on active military duty.

The Queen has to be on top form to be in charge of the Royal Family every day, and apparently, the monarch has a very strict morning routine, which involves tuning into her favourite radio station, enjoying a cup of tea and a long soak in the bath before getting dressed.
Does the Queen ever cook for herself?
