Before passing, he shares his final words to Dustin to take over and watch out for the Hellfire Club. Like Bob, Eddie's death was entirely avoidable had he followed Dustin to safety. But, in the end, the year 1986 was his year, and he died a hero, making it the most impactful death in the series by far.
1) Max Mayfield
There are so many heartbreaking things about this almost-death scene. In the end, the realization that Max barely experienced happiness during her entire life is what completely wrecks the viewer. If there is a character that undoubtedly deserves better, it is her.
Eddie Munson, who became a bit of an all-star during Season 4 of Stranger Things, ended up meeting his death in the finale.
Sharing more about Eleven's real father Andrew Rich could be a great way to wrap up the story.
Brenner tells Joyce that six people in total have been taken by The Demogorgon in "The Upside Down". Assuming that number contains Will Byers, Barbara Holland, Henry, and Dale, there were two other unnamed residents taken and killed.
Of all the fan-favorite characters who have been introduced in Stranger Things, only to die in the same season, Eddie Munson's death is the most tragic.
Demogorgon - Season One/Three/Four
Demogorgons are not just one of the scariest Stranger Things villains, but they're also one of the most original, terrifying creatures ever to be seen on TV screens. They did kill Barb, though, so fans won't be happy until they're all dead.
Vecna was the original child studied by Dr. Brenner and the son of Victor Creel. He's the infamous Number One, but had his powers blocked and worked as an aide in the Hawkins National Lab.
Chrissy Cunningham
Then her bones started breaking and it became true horror. Of course, she was not the only victim, but as the first, Chrissy's death is easily the most shocking. Along with his human nature, Vecna's brutality in killing Chrissy and the others is what established him as the series' best villain.
Eleven is examined as a child hero of the series who has a potential diagnosis of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), has significant psychosocial developmental delays that she continues to overcome as the series develops, and is an emblem for the cultural mythology of the 1980s.
“The Lost Sister”
Nearly every episode of “Stranger Things” are at least pretty good. Then, there's “The Lost Sister.” This is pretty much uniformly considered the worst episode of the show, a second-season diversion that sees Eleven go to Chicago to hang out with another girl that was experimented on by Dr.
Frequent uses of "goddamn", especially in Seasons 3 and 4. Various abuses of "Jesus" as well, including "Christ" and "Jesus H. Christ".
In episode 7, Vecna is revealed to be Henry Creel (played as a youngster by Raphael Luce), the son of Victor Creel (Robert Englund) and his wife Virginia (Tyner Rushing) shown in the 1950s flashbacks.
Birth and early life. Henry Creel was born in 1947 to Victor and Virginia Creel, and had an older sister by three years named Alice. He did not fit in with his peers; his father described him as a "sensitive" boy.
The kicker of it all? Eddie's final words to Dustin: "I love you, man." If those words weren't already bringing on the waterworks, Dustin tearfully replies "I love you, too." And then Eddie is gone. The impact of those words in that moment could not have been more perfectly heartbreaking.
Eddie's fifth person in heaven, a little Filipino girl who Eddie unknowingly kills while he and his unit are escaping captivity during the war. Tala is affectionate, trusting, and wise. Following her mother's instructions, Tala hides from Eddie and his men in one of the abandoned village huts.
Eddie's father dies from pneumonia, which he caught while saving his friend Mickey Shea during an ocean storm.
She either made herself invisible or was able to escape after manipulating the minds and visions of the guards. It's currently unclear if Kali's escape had anything to do with Peter Ballard, although it could be possible seeing as he tried to help Eleven escape too.
Is Max alive at the end of Season 4? Physically, yes. Lucas tells his friends that Max is in a coma, and we see her wearing casts on her arms and legs. The Duffer brothers have also confirmed that at the end of Season 4, Max is alive yet "brain dead, blind, and all of her bones are broken."
