Arceus is, without a doubt, the most powerful Legendary Pokémon. This Normal type Mythical Pokémon is the creator of the universe and thus the closest that the Pokémon world has to a god. When it hatched from its egg, Arceus brought with it time, space, and antimatter in the form of the Creation Trio.
By far the most naturally powerful Legendary Pokémon, with 720 points, Arceus is the closest thing the Poké-world has to a God – and as such, has powers you won't find with any other. These include Multitype, allowing it to change forms at will, telepathy, and the ability to control other Legendary Pokémon.
Mew is considered a Legendary Pokémon and these types never evolve. Mew's stats in the Pokédex are low to begin with, but are as powerful as another ancient Pokémon, Arceus. They are considered incredibly powerful in their current state and do not require an evolved form to become stronger.
Together with Rayquaza, Mewtwo is considered to be the most powerful Pokemon obtainable in the series, at least when it comes to Mega Evolutions, anyway.
Glalie. After evolving from a nervous Snorunt, Glalie never lost a one-on-one match—although it was forced into a tie on more than one occasion.
While a bit controversial, Ultra Beasts do not count as Legendaries due to their common appearance in their universe of origin. That being said, one of the more threatening creatures that can not only defeat Arceus but also wield its powers is Nihilego.
Azelf, Mesprit, and Uxie
While our number one spot for the rarest 'mon is technically three Pokemon, that's also part of what makes them so rare. Each one only spawns in specific regions, and they don't show up often at all.
1. Shedinja. First released as Pocket Monsters, most Pokémon have a unique ability, such as Shedinja's Wonder Guard, an immunity to non-super-effective attacks [1]. Shedinja is liked by many fans for its macabre, but it only has 1 HP maximum, making it the weakest Pokemon in Pokemon Go.
1. Arceus. Arceus is, without a doubt, the most powerful Legendary Pokémon. This Normal type Mythical Pokémon is the creator of the universe and thus the closest that the Pokémon world has to a god.
They suggest that since Arceus is a God, they were the first. However, Arceus' first successful attempt at creating a living creature was Mew, also making Mew, in a way, the first.
It's no contest that Arceus is the most powerful Pokemon god in the mythos, considering it's responsible for not only the creation of existence itself but the other gods as well.
Ash's Pikachu in the Pokémon anime is an incredibly powerful Pokémon, having helped Ash win championships and take down Legendary Pokémon in battle. This is in stark contrast to the Pikachu in the Pokémon video games, which are fast but weak, with Pikachu being outclassed by Raichu in almost every way.
2 Torkoal. Torkoal was caught in the Hoenn region and is easily the weakest Fire-type Ash has ever owned. A very emotional Pokémon, it would cry tears of joy or sadness depending on the situation. Another Pokémon let down by a pitiful battle record, Torkoal really should have notched a few more wins for Ash.
Eelektross: The Pokémon with No Weaknesses
There is only one Pokémon with no weaknesses: Eelektross. It is an Electric-type Pokémon that can only have the Levitate ability. Levitate makes the user immune to Ground-type moves, which is the weakness of Electric-type Pokémon.
Regieleki is the fastest Pokemon in the game, with a base Speed stat of 200. This legendary Pokémon is made of pure electricity, and it can move so fast that it appears to teleport. Regieleki also has the unique ability, Transistor, which multiplies the attack of any Electric-type move by 1.5.
Guzzlord is the heaviest, and certainly the largest, of all Ultra Beasts known to mankind. The spherical Dark and Dragon-type Pokemon is said to possess an insatiable hunger, constantly devouring anything and everything foolish enough to cross its path.
The winner is Arceus.
