2. Energizing Acupressure Points. Apply firm but gentle pressure with your fingers to the Zusanli acupressure point – (also called Stomach 36). This point is used in acupuncture and acupressure to increase energy as well as being helpful for digestive problems (and a whole lot more).
The needle is inserted to a point that produces a sensation of pressure or ache. Needles may be heated during the treatment or mild electric current may be applied to them. Some people report acupuncture makes them feel energized. Others say they feel relaxed.
Bai Hui is the topmost acupoint on the body and translates to “hundred meetings point”. It is also known as Du 20 or Governing Vessel 20.
It is located in the indentation directly behind the ear lobe on both sides of the head. All you need to do is apply a firm pressure using your thumbs, knuckles, fingers, palms, or the side of your hand. Ensure that the pressure remains steady and stationary for 1 to 2 minutes.

Another energizing pressure point is Shui Gou (GV-26 in acupuncturist lingo) it's located about a third of the way down in the groove between your nose and upper lip. Applying pressure here for up to a minute can help increase physical energy as well as mental alertness.

Use your thumb or index finger to massage the acupoint with deep and steady pressure. Massage the point in a circular or up and down motion. Be careful not to remove the thumb or finger from the skin. Massage the point for one to two minutes.
The acupressure point called GV26 is located in between the upper lip and the nose. You can locate this point by following the natural crease or depression on the upper lip, called the philtrum. Once located, apply medium pressure to this area for five minutes at once, and repeat twice a day.

The location for Lung 7 is found just proximal (closer to the torso) to the styloid process of the radius bone (the bone in your forearm which ends closest to your thumb). A simple way to find this is by joining your hands between the thumb and forefinger. Your index finger should be resting along the radius bone.
