In the Sahasrara Chakra exists an important power - Medha Shakti. Medha Shakti is a hormone that influences brain functions such as memory, concentration and intelligence. Yoga exercises can activate and strengthen Medha Shakti. The Sahasrara has no special colour or quality.
The Third Eye Chakra—Vision. We are now fully in the head, the academic's common province. The sixth chakra (Ajna, “to perceive and command”) is located between the eyebrows, in the third eye, ruled by the element of light, and it presides over vision, or the right to see.

Sacral Chakra – This energetic center is located inside the pelvis and is home to the energy of emotions, creativity, and sexuality. Blockages here can relate to anything from depression to addiction and general emotional instability.
The animal designated to represent the Svadhishthana Chakra is the Crocodile. It symbolises laziness, insensitivity and the danger that slumbers in this Chakra.
The Ajna Chakra is located in the astral body corresponding to the spinal cord, at the center of the brain. Its exact location is four inches behind the center of the eyebrows. While the two physical eyes see the past and the present, the third eye reveals insight into the future.
The Solar Plexus Chakra, also known as the Manipura Chakra, is the third chakra in the 7 chakra system. Sacral or navel chakra
This chakra represents pleasure, desire, creativity, sexuality, procreation, a sense of abundance, and general well-being. Its color is orange. Blocking the sacral chakra may lead to compulsive or obsessive behavior, emotional issues, and sexual guilt.
A person with a balanced solar plexus chakra will feel confident, positive, joyful, motivated and aligned, Karina says. “This chakra is associated with all the 'self-words' such as self-esteem, self-respect, self-image and self-worth — very empowering when you are meeting new partners,” she says.
The first chakra, called muladhara, is located at the base of the spine. “Muladhara” means root, and is associated with the earth element, linked to your ability to dig in and feel firmly rooted in your life.
