Cochineal (Carmine) that is used as dye, gelatin used as stabilizer, lanolin and glycerol also used as food stabilizers, cow bone char for sweetening: all of these are elements that prevent a drink from being vegan-friendly.

#WhatTheFanta (and other international flavours) do contain some of the food dyes which may have been tested on animals at some point for their general consumption. However, Fanta is generally considered vegan-friendly.
