When it comes down to it, Inosuke and his companions wouldn't stand a chance against most of the Hashira. They've got far more training to do before they reach the level of the Demon Slayer Corp.'s strongest members.
Inosuke always displayed raw strength and courage from the first few chapters of Demon Slayer. One might even argue that he was far stronger than Zenitsu during the first arc.
1) Inosuke Hashibira
Although Inosuke possesses immense strength and endurance, he's no match for Zenitsu's insane speed and his Thunder Breathing.
Inosuke was ranked in 5th place as of the first character popularity poll with 1,977 votes. Inosuke is left-handed. Inosuke doesn't care to remember other peoples names, and usually gets it right every seven attempts (referring to Tanjiro as Gonpachiro, Kentaro, Monjiro, etc.).
Despite being the bottom of the trio, Inosuke is a tremendously powerful Demon Slayer who can easily match the strongest Upper Ranks, for example the third strongest Demon for more than a century, Doma.
Why Zenitsu could not become a Hashira in Demon Slayer. Fans have wondered whether Zenitsu ever got to realize his dream of becoming a Hashira at all. Unfortunately, the answer to this question would be, no, he did not. Zenitsu, along with Tanjiro and Inosuke got way stronger than average corps members with training.
2) Inosuke
Despite his performance against the Upper Moon 6 and Muzan, Sanemi would easily defeat Inosuke due to his superior strength and speed.
10/10 Can Beat: Tanjiro
The fact that Giyu easily takes down Rui, a demon that nearly kills both Tanjiro and Nezuko, also proves that he's a more powerful demon slayer than Tanjiro — at least currently.
Which Hashira can beat Nezuko? The Wind Hashira is one of the strongest Hashiras in the Demon Slayer series. He played a significant role in defeating Kokushibo and was able to inflict damage on Muzan. Sanemi's sheer power and speed will be able to overwhelm Nezuko even in her final form.
Yoriichi was born with the Demon Slayer mark and prowess in swordsmanship. His powers were beyond comparison as he defeated Muzan once and had him on the verge of death until he managed to escape.
between these two opponents… Bakugo would come out with the W. While both of them have enhanced strength, incredible skill, gifted abilities, and powerful weapons, Bakugo's keen intellect would likely get the best of Inosuke.

3 Hashiras that can beat Rengoku in Demon Slayer
Gyomei is considered to be the strongest Hashira in the series. His contribution was monumental in the battle against Kokushibo and Muzan.
At the end of the day, none of the Hashira could've defeated Akaza – even though a few of them could've succeeded in decapitating him. Akaza proved himself to be too strong to be dragged into sunlight, meaning there'd be no way for any of the Hashira to kill him.
8/13 Shinobu Kocho, The Insect Hashira
That being said, she's arguably the weakest Hashira when it comes to pure strength.
That being said, Tanjiro's rank is unknown, and his rank was last revealed in the Entertainment District arc. In that arc, they were at Kanoe, which is fourth from the bottom. Since Kiriya Ubuyashiki announced the disbanding of the organization, Tanjiro doesn't get the chance to become a Hashira.
Sound Hashira
He is the fastest Hashira, and the second physically strongest. Obviously, then, Tengen Uzui is rather proud. He is demanding, fussy, boastful, and prone to selfishness. But he is also ultimately kind and caring, with great love for his three wives as well as the other Hashira.
Despite being the lowest of the Upper Ranks, Gyutaro showed much of his demonic prowess by making Tengen lose his left arm and his left eye in battle. However, Giyu would have been a better opponent for the demon and could have defeated him without losing any limbs.
Although they both share the positions of Pillars in the Demon Slayer Corps, Giyu is much stronger than Obanai.
Inosuke is extremely fast and his aggressive fighting style combined with his breathing techniques makes him extremely strong. Genya will be unable to enhance his physical abilities since he is not fighting against a demon. Inosuke will be able to beat Genya with ease.
Inosuke kicks Doma in the stomach, sending him skidding backwards as he dislocates the joints in his right arm and prepares to swing his sword at the Upper Rank's neck.
Jigoro was a former Hashira who practiced Thunder Breathing, which ended up giving him the title of "Roaring Hashira". Naturally, he was a very powerful demon slayer who successfully killed many demons. Unfortunately, he retired at the age of 35, when he lost his right leg in a fight with a demon.
The next Hashira to train Tanjiro was Mitsuri, who exchanged some pleasantries with the youth, before they got down to the task at hand. In the Love Hashira's training, the men dress up in a manner reminiscent to ballerinas, and dance constantly.
1) Gyomei. Gyomei Himejima is the strongest Hashira in Demon Slayer. This fact has been established in the manga as Tanjiro, Inosuke and Zenitsu all agree that he is the strongest member of the Demon Slayer Corps.
