Unfortunately, Rengoku was killed by Akaza, the Upper Moon 3. This took place when he, along with Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke, boarded the Mugen train to investigate cases of missing people.

However, Rengoku was forced to face off against Akaza who was Upper Moon 3. The Flame Hashira carried out his duties until his death as he did not let his comrades get injured.
After the fight, he tries to find Mitsuri, and both confess the love they had for each other. Obanai held Mitsuri in his arms, and the two succumbed to their injuries. These were all the Hashira who died in the series. The only Hashira who have survived are Tegen, Sanemi, and Giyu.
Shinobu Kocho (The Insect Hashira) While we don't necessarily think Shinobu Kocho is physically weak by any means, we do believe that she is currently positioned at the bottom of the totem pole compared to her fellow Hashira members.

That being said, she's arguably the weakest Hashira when it comes to pure strength.
The Water Hashira, Giyu, survived the "Infinity Castle" arc after fighting beside Tanjiro against Akaza and Muzan.
Killed And Was Killed By Doma
Before arriving at the Infinity Castle, the Insect Hashira consumed roughly 81 pounds of wisteria poison. Even though Doma killed her, he died just as quickly because of the sheer amount of poison he ingested after eating her.
1. Gyomei Himejima. Gyomei Himejima, the Stone Hashira, is the strongest Hashira in the Demon Slayer corps in terms of strength and swordsmanship. He is the only person who uses spiked flails and an axe instead of standard swords to kill demons.

The Wind Hashira has one of the saddest backstories in Demon Slayer. His mother had turned into a demon and had killed five of his siblings. He was forced to kill his own mother in an attempt to save his only remaining brother, Genya.
Unfortunately, many fan-favorite characters met brutal, untimely demises in Demon Slayer, and the Hashira certainly weren't an exception. Some of their fates, however, were much sadder than others. On a positive note, none of the Hashira died in the Swordsmith Village arc.
Shinobu Kocho Is the Weakest Hashira
Of the three Hashira who were killed by Upper-Ranks -- Rengoku, Shinobu and Tokito -- Shinobu was the only one who was killed almost instantly when she encountered Doma, Upper-Rank Two.
When it comes to pure strength, Shinobu Kocho is the weakest Hashira in Demon Slayer. She doesn't even have enough strength to decapitate a demon's head and she makes up for it by injecting poison into the demons.
The Wind Hashira is one of the strongest Hashiras in the Demon Slayer series. He played a significant role in defeating Kokushibo and was able to inflict damage on Muzan. Sanemi's sheer power and speed will be able to overwhelm Nezuko even in her final form.
Ranking above Kinoe is a special group of nine members known as Hashira, who solely report to the leader of the Demon Slayers. Masters of the sword, a Hashira's position is second only to that of the Corps commander.
Gyomei Himejima: The Blind Stone Hashira with Unmatched Strength. Among the Hashira, Gyomei Himejima stands out as the Stone Hashira, with unmatched raw physical strength.
In the Demon Slayer Corps, the Hashira is a group of the strongest and most reputable swordsmen who have defeated members of the Twelve Kizuki. Yet, for some reason, Tanjiro Kamado, the series' protagonist, never becomes a Hashira.
He unleashes another shockwave and blows Obanai Iguro and Sanemi Shinazugawa away, however, Tanjiro Kamado holds on but loses his left arm. Tanjiro loses his arm.
After various battles within the Dimensional Infinity Fortress the remaining Upper Moons are killed by the hands of various Demon Slayers. The last member, Upper Moon Four Nakime, ends up being killed by Muzan Kibutsuji himself to stop the Dimensional Infinity Fortress from being controlled by his enemies.
Sanemi is clearly the least popular Hashira among Demon Slayer fans.

Murata, the Demon Slayer, who was almost digested on Mount Nagumo, is also a Kanoe.
Demon Slayer's Tengen Uzui is considered to be one of the weakest Hashira due to almost losing this fight, but the fact is that Tengen only looks weak when compared to the most overpowered Hashira.
