Mirio lost his Quirk after his fight against Overhaul, during which he was struck by a Quirk-Destroying Bullet that was targeting Eri, he shielded her with his body.
Mirio was able to get his Quirk back in time
With the ability to phase himself through solid objects, Mirio was able to make a surprise appearance in My Hero Academia Season 6. He caught several Nomu off guard in Episode 12. Needless to say, a lot of people were shocked at his return, including Izuku Midoriya.
Although Mirio was strong enough to defeat anyone in the organization, he ended up losing his Quirk due to the group targeting Eri when they were unable to beat him. Using his body to shield her from the quirk erasing bullet, Mirio became a tragic hero.
Eri does manage to restore his Quirk
My Hero Academia fans breathed a sigh of relief when Mirio Togata finally restored his Quirk. Right before the Paranormal Liberation War, Eri was able to use her Rewind Quirk to restore Mirio back to his old self.
Bakugo hasn't lost his Quirk, but the possibility of him losing it is still out in the open, especially because Tomura Shigaraki is yet to be defeated in the manga.
Deku's final quirk is known as 'gearshift'. It's a quirk that is activated via physical contact. It allows the user to change the velocity of anything they touch, meaning they can spontaneously slow things down, or speed things up.
3 Edgeshot's Quirk
Edgeshot used his Quirk to save Bakugo after he was left in a near-death state by Shigaraki Tomura.
To reiterate, Aizawa did not lose his Quirk completely. However, it is effectively lost as he can no longer use it in battle. Despite being unable to properly use it himself, My Hero Academia Chapter 346 showed that Monoma can copy it and use it effectively, as he did against Shigaraki in the Final War at U.A.
Lemillion is a third-year student at U.A and is much stronger than anyone around him, and that includes Deku. His strength is known to be enough to match even the strongest of characters, such as the likes of Endeavor.
Unknown to the world, All Might was actually born Quirkless. As a teenager, Toshinori became the eighth One For All successor, after inheriting the One For All Quirk from a Pro-Hero named Nana Shimura.
Mirko is taken to a hospital, where she recovers from her injuries, receiving a prosthetic forearm and leg during the recovery period.
It was later revealed that One For All was intended for Mirio. All Might himself claims that there were countless other better candidates but Izuku was chosen because he wanted to make the dream of quirkless boy come true.
Mirio charges towards Kai, but suddenly his sense of balance is affected and he has a hard time standing. Without knowing it, in that place, there are also two members of the Eight Bullets: Deidoro Sakaki, whose Sloshed Quirk is making him unbalanced, and Shin Nemoto, who fires his gun at Mirio.
Katsuki Bakugo (Japanese: 爆豪 勝己, Hepburn: Bakugō Katsuki), also known by his nickname Kacchan (かっちゃん, Katchan) and his hero name Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight (大・爆・殺・神ダイナマイト, Daibaku Kisshin Dainamaito), is a superhero and one of the main protagonists of the manga series My Hero Academia, created by Kōhei ...
So, whenever Mirio uses his Permeation Quirk he tends to lose all his clothing. That's because his clothes aren't part of his body and therefore pass through him.
2) Izuku Midoriya - Deku
By this point in My Hero Academia, Deku has finally surpassed Mirio. His physical stats are much higher than they were in the Shie Hassaikai arc. With his mastery of the OFA Quirk, Deku can dish out some real damage.
Transmission is one of the strongest MHA Quirks and it was awakened by Izuku Midoriya during the final War Saga of My Hero Academia. This Quirk is extremely overpowered as it completely allows him to reject the laws of physics and gives him control over acceleration in more than one way.
The power of Rimuru is immense, only topped by the likes of Milim the demon lord. Rimuru is not just stronger than Deku, but even Endeavor, My Hero Academia's current Number 1 Hero, would lose to him.
Blackwhip was the first Quirk within the One For All that Deku awakened. Due to this Quirk's ability to produce webs of energy that can be used as ropes, this Quirk is quite useful. In combat, it can also be combined with other Quirks and is thus one of the best abilities that Deku possesses.
After losing one of his eyes in the Paranormal Liberation War, he reveals that he has now almost completely lost the ability to use his Quirk, though he can still make some use of Erasure using just the one eye.
Hikage Shinomori
The fourth user of One For All. His original Quirk was Danger Sense, allowing the user to sense danger at the expense of causing them pain. Hikage inherited One For All at the age of 22.
2 Kirishima's The Traitor: Sitting on the Sidelines
Kirishima was not involved with the fighting that occurred during the League of Villains attack on the training session.
The "U.A. Traitor" is revealed to be Yuga Aoyama. He was born Quirkless, and with his parents both coming from wealthy backgrounds, they made a deal with All For One to give him his Navel Laser Quirk in a desperate move to grant their son a happy, successful life.
As also revealed in Chapter 364, Edgeshot saves Bakugo's life by transforming his body into a thread, then using himself to tie together and repair Bakugo's damaged heart.
