So, there you have it. Thanos beats Hulk every time, with or without the Infinity Gauntlet. But World Breaker Hulk defeats Thanos. However, Thanos could beat the Hulk if he had the Gauntlet (He could wipe out the Universe).
In the MCU, Thanos is stronger than base hulk, but hulks whole gimmick is the angrier he gets, the stronger he gets. In a prolonged fight Hulk will beat Thanos, in infinity war Thanos is able to quickly beat hulk, but before hulk can wake up Heimdall sends him away, if he hadn't, hulk would have eventually won.
Thanos basically won every fight against the Hulk in the comics and the MCU, barring a few fights where they weren't going one-on-one. The Hulk is physically stronger, which Thanos himself admitted – which is why he rarely went into fist fights against the Hulk, opting to outwit the Big Greenie instead.
World Breaker Hulk is more powerful than Thanos without Infinity Gauntlet. World Breaker Hulk is stronger, more durable, faster, and has limitless stamina at his disposal, being able to fight seemingly forever. However, If Thanos has Infinity Gauntlet, he wins against World Breaker Hulk.
Apocalypse. Apocalypse makes his way into this position on the list because he is technically stronger than the Hulk. He also has a multitude of other abilities, including telepathy, telekinesis, and shapeshifting.
That villain is, of course, Kang the Conqueror, who's set to be the Avengers' next opponent in the upcoming Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. And while Thanos is certainly a hard act to follow, Kang may be a far greater threat than the Mad Titan ever was.
Hulk V's Juggernaut: Who Is Stronger

Hulk's defeat could be because Thanos possessed the Power Stone, but with Thanos never pulling it out in the fight, the Russos believe that he didn't need it to win. Despite his great strength, pre-Avengers: Infinity War Hulk did not often fight with a strategy.
The final verdict. It would be a very long fight since the Hulk is incredibly hard to kill, thanks to his super-tough skin. But, in the end, Doomsday would be the winner due to his never-ending strength and endurance.
Even if Hulk does manage to land a punch to Thor, being a god he can take it and keep on going. All in all said, Thor was a whole can defeat Hulk. A large part of that is being able to wield Mjolnir. Hulk cannot keep up with or match Thor when fighting with this might weapon.
Of course, even despite his Asgardian strength, Loki is no match for the Hulk so he doesn't bother using his strength to subdue the beast. He manages to use something else. Thor: The God of Thunder almost killed Thanos in Avengers: Infinity War. He really would have taken down the Mad Titan there and then if not for his wish to see Thanos realise the error of his ways. As Thanos said, he should have gone for the head. We think if Thor got another chance, he would not miss.
