The Biles II – Triple-double (floor)
Description: A double back salto tucked with a triple twist (1080°). The Biles II is the most difficult women's gymnastics skill ever completed on floor. This movement adds an additional twist to the Silivas which was the most difficult gymnastics move for a quarter of a century.

Gymnastics is a year round sport so there is no need to wait until gymnastics season. As a result, you can participate year round or as it works in your schedule without worrying about the time of year.
In the United States, gymnastics categories are divided into levels from 1 to 10, dividing them into groups for beginners (level 1 to level 3) and groups for advanced or professional people (level 4, level 5 to level 6, level 7 to level 10) the latter being the most competitive.
The men's competition includes two different bar exercises: the high bar and the parallel bars. The high bar has similarities to the women's uneven bars, as women will perform similar skills around the higher of their two bars to those competed on the men's high bar.
Gymnasts must have scored a minimum of 34AA in a level 8 meet to qualify as level 9 gymnasts. They must be at least 8 years old by the time of her first meet. They must master level 9 skills and create their routine which must meet the requirements of a level 9 meet: 3 "A" skills, 4 "B" skills, and 1 "C" skill.
Degree Of Difficulty: A rating that measures the difficulty of the specific moves in a gymnast's routine. It is factored into the total score after judges have scored the execution of the moves. Each skill has a Level of difficulty rated by the FIG as an A, B, C, D, E, F or G level skill.
How did Katelyn Ohashi defeat Simone Biles? Some athletes have managed to go their entire careers unbeaten. However, at some point in their careers, every great has had to compete against a rival of comparable stature. At the 2013 AT&T American Cup, Simone Biles experienced a similar event.

Similar to the Full in dismount, the hardest part of this skill is to generate the power and speed to complete the movement with control. The Biles, or the “double-double”, is a unique twist on the Full-in that makes it the most difficult beam dismount.
In order to have an original skill named after them, gymnasts have to propose them to the FIG beforehand. Each move is graded by difficulty, from A to I. Gymnasts then have to perform the move without large error at an approved competition.
