The ENTJ personality type, also known as “The Commander,” is characterized as a natural leader. These high-achiever individuals are typically described as logical, confident, expressive, assertive and goal-orientated.
ENTJs are the big bosses of all the MBTI types. They are extraverted, which makes them charismatic, outgoing and inspirational leaders. They are great at avoiding conflicts and generally have a way with their words - they can easily communicate their ideas and make themselves heard.

INFJ – The Perceptive Leader

Thinker (INTP)
INTPs are generally the most logical-minded of the personality types. They love patterns, are quick to notice discrepancies and have a strong ability to read people. They aren't typically interested in practical daily activities but instead enjoy environments where they can express creativity.

One of the most positive Myers-Briggs types is the ENFJ, or those who are extroverted, intuitive, feeling, and judging. "Known for their optimism and upbeat personality, ENFJs are known for being fun to be around and for being idealist organizers who want to create a better way," Owens says.
The INFP may be the toughest personality type of all for others to understand. They are seemingly easy-going and carefree, but when it comes to their values, they can become suddenly uncompromising. They're friendly to a fault, but they frequently find others hard to be around.
"While the INTJ personality type is known for being highly intelligent, they also score high on trustworthiness, probably because they are self-aware enough to recognize the importance of trust in human relationships," Parmar explains.
ENTJ. ENTJs have this dominant ability of extroverted thinking, which puts them on the list of "most intelligent," according to Robledo.
Only 10% of people are natural leaders — another 20% show some qualities of basic managerial talent that can be cultivated into high-quality leadership.
Leaders are born not made? Whilst the best leaders have many common assets, there are various effective approaches one can adopt when managing a team. The phrase “leaders are born not made” suggests that personality types, and that only, distinguish a person that people will willingly follow and respect.

The finding of the study showed that introvert, intuition, feeling and judging (INFJ) personality type were more emotionally intelligent than the extrovert, sensing, thinking and perceiving (ESTP) personality type.
Commanders (ENTJ)
