Richard "Dick" Grayson, mostly known as Robin, is one of main protagonists of the 2003 animated series
Jason Todd (2001-2021; resurrected 2021) is a vigilante and the second Robin, making him the successor of Dick Grayson and the former partner of Batman, also a former member of the Titans. At the request of Bruce Wayne, he was taken under the care of Dick Grayson and became an official Titans affiliate.

It's hard to argue that Talia al Ghul is one of Bruce's top love interests given that they have a son together, Damian Wayne. Talia is the daughter of the semi-villainous Ra's al Ghul, and the two fell in love while Batman was under the tutelage of her father.
