Cosmic Spider-Man may be able to wreck Goku in an instant but when you take away those oh-so-awesome Uni-Powers, the tide shifts completely in Goku's favor.
The most powerful is Hyperion, and much like Superman, he would end Goku. Hyperion usually hails from another universe and is frequently the most powerful hero around. One version of Hyperion beat every hero and villain on Earth, and another flew through Galactus's head, killing him.
Many fans consider Jiren to be stronger than Goku based on the exceptional abilities and feats that he demonstrated in the Tournament of Power arc. He possesses an overwhelming amount of power and strength. His raw physical abilities, immeasurable ki, and mastery of various martial arts techniques.
Vegeta. While Goku put up a fight against Vegeta during the climax of the iconic Saiyan Saga, in the end, he was no match for the Vegeta Oozaru form who crushed Goku like a bug.
When discussing who could defeat Goku in seconds, Dragon Ball Super's Zeno must be acknowledged. Super's Future Trunks saga showed that the Omni-King can erase an entire universe in seconds, with no preparation needed. With such power and ability, Zeno could literally erase Goku from existence in a matter of moments.
However, if we compare the two of them in their most powerful forms, Goku has no chance of emerging victorious against Rune King Thor. No matter how powerful his Ultra Instinct could become when he is enraged, this version of Thor has proven to be several times stronger than Goku.

In a fight against Goku, though, Thor wouldn't come out on top. He'd have his electricity and his super strength, but when compared to a Super Saiyan, he just doesn't measure up.
Sure. Goku has much greater stats, power, forms, and combat experience/skills, but SpongeBob has much better abilities, arsenal, and hax's that he can win in many scenarios himself.
Against a creature of Godzilla's size, Spider-Man's powers would be useless. He couldn't hurt the monster physically and he doesn't carry enough webbing to slow him down.
Now, even thor and hulk have nothing but brute strength whereas goku has a lot of skills and techniques up his sleeves and they would be no match for the Z fighter. He'd simply be too strong and fast for them to even realize what killed them.

1) Goku's fear of needles
His constant screaming and flailing required more than half a dozen people to hold him down. Eventually, Chi Chi comes in and, through her prodding at Goku's expense, reveals the Earth's hero is indeed afraid of needles.
His father, King Piccolo, was one of Goku's toughest foes, giving the child hero the hardest fight of his young career. After a brutal battle, Goku killed King Piccolo. Before he died, the demon lord birthed Piccolo, imbuing him with all his hatred, so he'd one day kill Goku and subjugate humanity.
The mere comparison of strength between the two characters is crazy. Goku is an extraterrestrial being who has to lose a fight in order to get stronger. Saitama is a man that can defeat any foe with a single punch. If the two of them were to face off in a one-on-one battle, Saitama would easily win.
While One For All is a Quirk that offers All Might a near unlimited level of energy and strength, inherited from other owners of the Quirk, the level of destruction doesn't seem comparable to what Goku can unleash in some of his later forms.
Goku has a ton of potential to surpass several gods. With Ultra Instinct Sign, and who knows what other transformations, it is clear he will continue to get stronger until he breaks through yet another limit!
