Two Superhero's could: Batman & Doctor Strange. Superman has basically two weaknesses:
As one of the most powerful heroes in the DC Universe (and all comics), Superman has taken on evil gods, reality warpers, and some of the smartest and most dangerous people on the planet, but surprisingly Poison Ivy is the one villain who is shown to consistently be able to beat the Man of Steel with no issue.
While kryptonite is Superman's greatest weakness, he's susceptible to other forms of energy and threats. This makes Billy Batson — aka Shazam, the World's Mightiest Mortal — one of Superman's greatest opponents. Batson can transform himself into an incredibly powerful adult body when he says the magic word "Shazam."
Ultraman. Ultraman is an evil version of Superman. This version of the character is from an alternate universe known as Earth-3.
General Dru-Zod is one of Superman's more prominent enemies. Once the Military Director of the Kryptonian Space Center, Zod had personally known Jor-El when he was an aspiring scientist.
1 Superman Prime
After spending 15,000 years inside the sun itself, the DC One Million Superman Prime became one of the most powerful beings in all existence. He was boosted in every single way possible, becoming faster, stronger, and more inspiring than any other version of Superman.
Daredevil
The most remarkable thing about Daredevil isn't that he's a blind superhero or that he can beat just about anybody in a fight. Not even close. The most remarkable thing about Daredevil is that he easily makes this list of superheroes who have never been killed.
Martian Manhunter is one of the most powerful team members, and he's also one of the most trusted, which is the key to why Superman likes him so much. Superman has worked with Martian Manhunter for years and trusts and respects him very much.
So long as the Spirit of Vengeance resides inside them, their human host has the potential to physically live forever. As an added bonus, they remain ageless. In Ghost Riders: Heavens on Fire #6, Johnny Blaze states that since God created the Ghost Riders, only God can destroy them.
As far as strength is concerned, it's pretty much a wash. Earth's yellow sun gives Superman immense strength, while Black Adam's strength is, literally, a gift from the gods, specifically Amon. A street brawl between the two could go on for days with neither gaining the upper hand.
Similarly, Black Adam has a weakness to the mineral known as Eternium. A single missile made of Eternium proved to be enough to knock Black Adam unconscious for hours. In Black Adam, the Intergang used Eternium not just in their weapons, but also for their hover cycles.
Galactus would win in a fight against Odin.
In the Infinity Conflict storyline, Astral Regulator Thanos defeated The One Above All. This was achieved by using the powerful artifacts of creation known as the Astral Regulators, which The One Above All created to prevent the universes from colliding with each other and causing destruction.
It is Mephisto's manipulations that led to Johnny Blaze first becoming the Ghost Rider and his stepfather's death, on the heels of demonic trickery. For this reason, Johnny and Mephisto are mortal enemies, as this lying demon represents everything Ghost Rider stands against.
Bruce Wayne's Batman hates Superman simply because he exists and his battle with Zod destroyed Wayne Tower in Metropolis. He fears that the alien won't be able to be controlled and therefore, should be murdered.
Despite remaining one of the most powerful heroes, Superman's strength has waxed and waned over the years. The Spectre is unlimited in his strength, making him stronger than Superman at his best. Spectre's role as the divine Spirit of Vengeance makes him one of the most powerful beings in existence.
However, come Superman: Blue and Red #1, we discover who the Man of Steel's favorite hero really is and shockingly, it's not the Dark Knight. It's actually a young boy from Mogadishu named Abdi and the reason being is he saved Kal-El when no one else could or would.
There are few beings in the universe Thanos is scared of and the Hulk is one of them. There's a good reason for this, Hulk's strength is potentially limitless. One of the things that makes the Hulk so dangerous is that if you can't take him out quickly, you're never going to take him out.
Batman isn't just number one of all the superheroes who have no superpowers, he's arguably the number one superhero ever created.
Deadshot has no superhuman powers but is the top marksman in the DC Universe. He possesses superhuman-like accuracy, and regularly boasts that he "never misses" his target. Deadshot once shot an apple off of Captain Boomerang's head with his eyes closed.
The most well-known of all incarnations of Black Superman debuted in Final Crisis #7, by Grant Morrison and Doug Mahnke. In a story where all the Supermen of the Multiverse converge in a stand against Darkseid, we came to know Calvin Ellis, the Superman of Earth-23.
In this dark future, an older Man of Steel had grown impervious to kryptonite's radiation after years of living in a yellow sun solar system. The Golden Superman of DC One Million was at an even greater power level, having spent several decades within the sun itself.
The Man of Steel is powerful, no doubt, but a reanimated version of Superman's sun god Rao shows everyone how little power Clark actually possesses. While Superman has a number of amazing abilities and overwhelming strength, it's nothing in comparison to the sun god, Rao.
The-One-Above-All is the supreme creator of all existence in the Marvel omniverse and is considered to be the most powerful character in Marvel.
