The Quinn-Puck Relationship is the romantic relationship between Quinn Fabray and Noah Puckerman. They are also known as Quick. One night, Puck got Quinn "drunk" on wine coolers and they had unprotected sex leading to Quinn's pregnancy, a daughter whom Puck named Beth.
Quinn claims that Finn had prematurely ejaculated into her while they were making out in a hot tub. The real father is Finn's best friend Noah "Puck" Puckerman (Mark Salling); he offers to support Quinn and the baby, but she rejects him, saying he is too irresponsible to care for a child.

Quinn then sparks a relationship with Brody, who accepts her for who she is. They get engaged in Season Five, and are married in Season Six. Quinn was originally introduced as a recurring character for the first three seasons, but was added to the main cast for the final three seasons.
Previously, he was in a relationship with Quinn during the course of Season Two before they broke up due to Quinn's erratic behavior. Puck dated Marley from Season Three, and the two of them got married in Season Four. They currently have two children together.

However, Santana finds Sam and tells him about Quinn cheating on him and, though he denies it at first, he eventually realizes she is right. Santana also propositions him with the idea that dating her make him more popular (and using sex as a bribe). Sam dumps Quinn and begins dating Santana, leaving Quinn heartbroken.
Meanwhile, Rachel has deduced that Puck impregnated Quinn and tells Finn, who then beats up Puck and confronts Quinn, who tearfully admits the truth.
Finn, after punching Puck in the face, demands the truth from Quinn, who confesses that Puck is indeed the father of the baby. A very upset and angry Finn declares he is done with her, ending their relationship and his friendship with Puck.
After Marley and Jake break up following the Season Two finale, Marley and Puck become a couple and spend the summer together in New York City.
Beth Corcoran, (born Beth Fabray-Puckerman) is the biological daughter ofQuinn Fabray and Noah Puckerman , and the adoptive daughter of Shelby Corcoran . She was given up for adoption after birth. Quinn and Puck. She has Quinn's green/hazel eyes and seems to have blonde hair.
Quinn and Puck decided to give Beth up for adoption. And Shelby ends up adopting her. In the season 3 Quinn suddenly decide that she wants to get Beth back because for reason she think that having Beth and rasing a baby at 17/18 would solve all problems in her life.
In the episode "Mattress," Will uncovers Terri's ruse when he discovers her pregnancy pad in a drawer. He angrily confronts her, then walks out, but remains undecided over whether to end their marriage. Terri begins attending therapy, but Will tells her he no longer loves her and is leaving her.
Dating Status:
They are the stereotypical relationship between the good girl and the bad boy, also between Jewish teens. Though they are not together, Puck is seen to believe he and Rachel have a strong connection, saying that they are both "hot Jews."
Shelby offers to include both Quinn and Puck in Beth's life. Struggling at being a mother, she forms a romantic bond with eighteen-year-old student Puck, leading to a sexual relationship before she tells him that their relationship is a mistake and resigns from McKinley in the eighth episode.

Joseph Goldberg (Penn Badgley) is a bookstore manager at Mooney's who stalks and dates Guinevere Beck in the first season. In the second season, he goes by the name Will Bettelheim and works as a bookstore clerk at Anavrin, and stalks and dates Love Quinn.
Mellie Grant was elected and sworn in as president.
Olivia and her team feared that Maya, Olivia's mother, was going to kill Mellie during the inauguration, but no one died and Mellie became the first woman in the Oval Office with Luna Vargas as her vice president.
Charlie, like Huck and Jake, is a former black-ops agent from division "B613." Now he uses his unique skill set at Quinn Perkins and Associates as a Gladiator. He now works at QPA (Quinn Perkins & Associates) with Abby, Huck and Quinn. He is married to Quinn Perkins and they have one child together.

Bree later sings during Jake's fantasy of Nasty/Rhythm Nation, in which she has a worried expression throughout the song. After Jake wakes up from his fantasy, he meets up with Bree who tells him she is pregnant with his baby. She tells him to keep the secret and that they must go to the doctor together.
