As showrunner Jennie Snyder Urman announced on Twitter on Sunday, Jane Gloriana Villanueva finally lost her V-card to Michael Cordero on tonight's episode of Jane to Virgin.
Spoiler: Jane and Michael finally did it, a deed the show depicted with a cartoon of them stepping into a rocket that blasted off into the stars.

“Jane the Virgin” isn't a virgin anymore! Forty-seven episodes into the CW dramedy, Jane finally had sex. Even after marrying her longtime love Michael, Jane remained a virgin because her husband had been shot on their wedding night.
Suffice it to say, there was a ton of buildup leading to the moment when Jane and Michael finally get to have sex. You could even argue that Jane spent a good 20 years — since the moment she told her grandmother she'd wait — clinging to this part of herself.

Jane's true soulmate. Of course, things are quite different now, and Jane has had four years to get over him after believing he was dead. Things aren't really the same, and there is a lot more complexity going on with Rafael now, but Michael will always be Jane's number one.
At the end of Chapter Thirty-Four, Michael shows up at Jane's house and confesses to some of the police work he's been involved in and, for her own safety, made up the fact that he had a girlfriend in order to keep her safe, which shocks Jane.

Rafael gets his own studio apartment just as they decide to give their relationship another try (which involved a fair bit of waffling and keeping it a secret). But for the first time since Season 1, Jane and Rafael are finally a couple again — and they finally have sex with one another.

Petra eventually moves on to Lachlan, but inseminates herself and has two daughters with Rafael.
After Jane learns that she is still married to Michael, she decides to get divorced from him so she can move on with Rafael. Luisa visits Rose in jail learning the reason she faked Michael's death and gave him amnesia.
Jane Gloriana Villanueva got her happy ending. In the series finale of Jane the Virgin, not only did Jane get married to Rafael, but she revealed that her book's ending plays into the very show that fans have been watching for five seasons.
Rafael is heartbroken, but doesn't share his feelings with Jane because he loves her so much and wants her to be happy. After seeing her marry someone else, Rafael is finally able to move on from Jane, and this changes the dynamic of their co-parenting Mateo, with Rafael voicing his opinions much more.
He was kidnapped by Rose/Sin Rostro in Chapter Twenty-Two. Jane and Rafael got him back in Chapter Twenty-Three.
After believing she still has a chance with him, Petra inseminates herself with his sperm. They agree to keep the baby, but Rafael makes it clear they are not getting back together. Despite that they grow closer during her pregnancy and Petra give birth to their twin-daughters.
Then, Jane the Virgin underwent a three-year time jump after Michael apparently died and left Jane a widow—only to reappear at the end of Season 4 with amnesia, courtesy of perpetual villain Sin Rostro (Bridget Regan).
At the end of the season one, Jane and Michael's once happy relationship begins to crumble when Michael cheats on Jane with fellow doctor Kimberly Shaw. Jane then divorces Michael.
With Michael's return, Jane (Gina Rodriguez) has put her life on hold in order to do everything she could to get to know, well, Jason. But in episode 3 she realized that it was time to move on with her life. She signed the divorce papers — oh yeah, they were still married — and said goodbye to her husband.
Lina is the best friend and co-worker of Jane Villanueva. They have been friends since school and are very close.
For those of you who have, I wanted to take a moment before midterms to justify my binge-watching by ranking all eight of Jane's love interests throughout the series. Of course, there are spoilers ahead.
When she returns to tell him that, Rafael says she's too late and starts seeing someone new while Jane tries to get over him and fails. Rafael realises that Jane is his one-true-love, and he proposes to her which she happily accepts. They eventually marry in the series finale.
In the five seasons of Jane the Virgin, Jane Villanueva only ever had one child. However, her son, Mateo, did have half-siblings through his father, Rafael, who had two girls with Petra, his ex-wife.
She later divorces Rafael and in Season 2, she gives birth to their twin daughters, Anna and Elsa (later Ellie). Mateo is Jane and Rafael's baby.
