IQ ( IQ アイキュー , Ai Kyū?) is the Quirk used by Saiko Intelli.
IQ ( I アイ Q キュー , Ai Kyū?): Saiko's Quirk grants her the ability to temporarily boost her intellect after drinking tea and closing her eyes. The level that her intelligence is boosted depends on the brand of tea that she drinks.
High Spec made Nezu, quote unquote, “Smarter than most humans,” keyword: MOST. That would make Nezu's IQ 245 or so, which isn't as good as Saiko's.
5) Shoto Todoroki (Wits - 4/6)
Despite the harsh training from his father, he never let it get in the way of his studies. He is just as smart as he is skilled in My Hero Academia.

1 Yaoyorozu Momo
The entire class looks up to her when it comes to intelligence and in the databooks, she's the only one to be given a rating of over 5. Her Quirk, called Creation, also requires her to be incredibly smart, and for that, she's honed her mind to such a degree that she's known to be a genius.
3) Momo Yaoyorozu
Her genius comprehension is rated 6/6, the highest in the entire classroom. Of course, her Creation Quirk necessitates this since she needs to know the molecular structure of the objects she conjures.
1 Izuku Midoriya Has A Big Heart
The star himself, Izuku Midoriya, is the kindest and most earnest character in the show.
Kaminari Denki, the class' idiot, or so everyone thought. Kaminari Denki, a child prodigy, with an outstanding IQ of 197, at just the simple age of 6!
His nose is small, stubby and points slightly upwards, and he has an unusually distinguishable philtrum, oval-shaped eyes with large, black pupils, and notably thin eyebrows. He has a head of very short dark purple hair with four large ball-shaped clumps resembling a mohawk.

1 Shigaraki
All For One is arguably the rarest and most powerful Quirk possessed by any villain in My Hero Academia. This Quirk so thoroughly defines its bearer that he's taken it as his name. All For One's Quirk lets him steal Quirks from other people and use them as though they were his own.
Pictured above, Terence Tao is said to have the highest IQ score in the world currently, with an impressive score of between 225-230. If the Chinese-American mathematician scored 230 he is definitely out in front. Effectively tying for the title, though, is Marilyn Vos Savant.
Michael Kearney - (IQ - 200–325)
He is known for setting world records as the youngest man to graduate and teach at the university, as a teenager and with an IQ between 200 and 325. He completed his bachelor's degree at the University of South Alabama, USA, at age 10.
Garry Kasparov (IQ Level = 194)
Garry Kimovich Kasparov, a Russian chess grandmaster, has an IQ level of 194. Apart from being a former world champion in chess, he is also a writer and political activist, and commentator. Kasparov ranked No. 1 from 1984 to his retirement in 2005.

In 2017, Dhruv Garg, a 13-year-old Indian-origin boy in the UK, scored 162 in his entry IQ test - the maximum possible, which places him in the top one percent of people in the world, the Daily Mirror reported.
Keen Intellect: Shoto has proven to be a very intelligent person. And in spite of his training, Shoto is also very skilled in academics, having scored 5th place in the midterms. During the U.S.J.
Anwita Patil, from Sale, Greater Manchester, achieved a score of 162, the highest possible score in her age category, placing her above the scientists who are believed to have had an IQ of around 160.
TLDR: Deku isn't a fighting genius but he's not an idiot either. He does better with a team than he does when he's alone.
