On the flip-side, water is probably the worst basic elemental chakra nature because it's weak to both Earth and Lightning, and only strong against fire.
Your strongest chakra is the First Chakra, or the Root Chakra, which is located at the base of the spine. This chakra is all about connection to the earth, from establishing a deep sense of physical body to understanding the environment that surrounds you.
As a member of the Uzumaki bloodline, Naruto had far more chakra than normal ninjas, which granted him an early advantage. His chakra reserves were further boosted by the Nine-Tails, which were sealed inside his body when he was still a baby.
Shikamaru is portrayed as a lazy character, unwilling to apply his prodigious intelligence; Kishimoto has noted that he likes Shikamaru due to his easygoing nature.
1 Naruto Uzumaki
Naruto is the strongest shinobi in the entire story and like Sasuke, a user of the Six Paths powers. He has the chakra of all the Tailed Beasts at his disposal along with the ability to use the Six Paths Sage Mode.
Weakness: Sharingan
The Sharingan drains the user of chakra, and that is why Uchiha's can stop the Kekkei Genkai when they need to. However, Kakashi is not an Uchiha and, therefore, the Sharingan constantly drains his chakra.
Without Kurama, Naruto lost a big part of what defined his strength, and what also made him who he really is.
4 Boruto Uzumaki
Using his Karma powers, he can take on nearly anyone in combat and that includes the likes of other Otsutsuki beings. When compared to his own father, Boruto now holds a significant edge and his strength far surpasses that of the Seventh Hokage of the village.
The root chakra - Muladhara
The root chakra, or Muladhara in Sanskrit, is the first and primary chakra, believed to be located at the base of your spine. It is linked with the color red and the element earth.
Of the basic chakra natures, Wind is the rarest of the five. Those who can use it, however, are able to slice through anything.
Possible symptoms of an imbalance of the heart chakra are jealousy, holding grudges, grief, hatred, feelings of unworthiness, fear of betrayal, and physically, heart problems. Gratitude practices are healing for the heart chakra.
The animal symbol of the Svādhishthāna Chakra is the CROCODILE. It represents the Karma lying dormant in the subconscious. The crocodile is lazy and lethargic, but once it becomes active it develops enormous power and speed and can be extremely dangerous.
The animal designated to represent the Svadhishthana Chakra is the Crocodile. It symbolises laziness, insensitivity and the danger that slumbers in this Chakra.
Because Tailed Beasts are life-forms made of pure chakra, they are eventually reborn after dying. They will always come back, but until that happens, they're factually dead. So, deliberately creating some new Tailed-beasts to get Kurama back does not seem like something Naruto would do.
Despite the loss of his dear friend, the Seventh Hokage can still use the Sage Mode. Fans were delighted to see that Naruto still retained some of his powers and that he is capable of taking down strong opponents. However, he had to use Shadow Clones in order to collect the natural energy.
It's safe to assume that Naruto surpassed Kakashi during the Pain arc. He was able to defeat Pain and later he was able to use Sage mode as well. His ability to link up with Kurama and his vast chakra reserve make him an incredibly powerful shinobi.
Kakashi had already lost his Sharingan at this point and this weakened him quite a bit. With Naruto Uzumaki, the Seventh Hokage, being considered the strongest of all time, it is quite clear that the weakest of all Hokage is one of Kakashi Hatake and Tsunade Senju.
In an interview, series creator Kishimoto Masashi said that he initially designed Hatake Kakashi wearing a face mask because it felt consistent with the secrecy and mysteriousness inherent in being an accomplished shinobi. Further, Kishimoto had hoped to introduce more masked characters.
There is no doubt that Kakashi is quite strong despite the loss of Sharingan. He is by no means weak and can hold his ground against tough opponents. Whether it be his ninjutsu, taijutsu, or shuriken jutsu, Kakashi has mastered them all.
While there's no denying that Itachi is powerful, Madara is simply stronger, whichever way you look at it. With the powers of the 10 Tails and the Six Paths at his disposal, Madara is miles ahead of Itachi, and there's no way the latter can even put up a fight.
