OwO is a discord bot created by Discord User Scuttler#0001. The bot itself has a variety of amusing, social commands which add a fun aspect to your experience on discord.

The earliest known furry use of the emoticon was on January 6, 2013, on DeviantArt by user CookiMuffinFaic.
uwu is known to date back as far as April 11, 2000, when it was used by furry artist Ghislain Deslierres in a post on the furry art site VCL (Vixen Controlled Library). A 2005 anime fanfiction contained another early use of the word.
Uwu is connected to kaomoji, a type of Japanese emoticon which incorporates special characters used in Japanese writing. Kaomoji are considered kawaii, or “cute,” and often draw on anime and manga. Uwu is likely a simplified form of such kaomoji as (o・ω・o).
UwU went viral on Tumblr in 2013, boosting its popularity.
Uwu was first defined on UrbanDictionary in 2012, described as “another way of typing the smiley face :3, TwT or twt. It means happy, like an anime character's face when they're overjoyed."
UwU is used as an emoji to signify a reaction to something cute. If someone texts you “UwU”, don't bother racking your brain trying to figure out what it stands for. It doesn't spell anything.
