Bruce Wayne eventually married the reformed villain Selina Kyle (Catwoman), and they had a daughter Helena Wayne. Years later, Selina was killed by a former criminal associate, and Helena became the vigilante Huntress to bring her mother's killer to justice.
We know that over the years Batman has fathered children with Selina Kyle (Helena Wayne) and Talia al Ghul (Damian Wayne), but he has also had many adopted children like Tim Drake, Dick Grayson, and Cassandra Cain.
It took some fancy, retroactive footwork to make it work, but by 1977 it was revealed (in DC SUPER STARS #17) that Earth-Two Selina and Bruce had been married and that their daughter, Helena Wayne, was a vigilante known as Huntress.
As revealed in the comic Batman Beyond 2.0, Bruce Wayne and Barbara Gordon had an affair while Barbara's boyfriend Dick Grayson was away. Barbara fell pregnant.
It will also feature Bruce's son Damian Wayne. In the comic books, Damian's mother is Ra's al Ghul's daughter Talia, who kept the boy's existence a secret from Batman for years. Damian later goes on to take up the mantle of Robin.

Talia al Ghul
It's hard to argue that Talia al Ghul is one of Bruce's top love interests given that they have a son together, Damian Wayne. Talia is the daughter of the semi-villainous Ra's al Ghul, and the two fell in love while Batman was under the tutelage of her father.
