The Hulk may be one of Marvel's strongest superheroes, but one of the most underrated members of the X-Men, Havok, can defeat him in one simple move. Cyclops' brother, Havok, is one of the few Marvel superheroes who can defeat the Hulk in a fair fight.

Simply put Thor can best Hulk in a fight because he wields Mjolnir and is a god. Complexly said, Hulk can't defeat a divine god with a mighty hammer that lets him blast energy beams, fly, and summon a kinds of weather.
Thanos is one of the most deadly and celebrated villains of the Marvel Universe. It's incredibly tough for even the Incredible Hulk to stand against the supervillain. Be it the Marvel Comics or the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the Hulk has never defeated Thanos in a one to one hand combat.
Still, while the Hulk has the brawn, his brain is lacking. There have been other heroes who have gotten ahead of him just with their smarts and careful planning. Obviously, big hitters like Sentry, Galactus, and even Superman have been able to withstand the emerald giant's assault.
Apocalypse. Apocalypse makes his way into this position on the list because he is technically stronger than the Hulk. He also has a multitude of other abilities, including telepathy, telekinesis, and shapeshifting. And that's just touching the surface of his powers.
Marvel fans know that Spider-Man is a strong superhero, but the company has just confirmed that Peter Parker is strong enough to defeat the Incredible Hulk in a one-on-one brawl.
Deadpool has bovinophobia, which is the fear of cows. According to him, cows "scare the *#$% outta" him, as he believes their stare to be chilling, like they're "waiting."
Thanos would be more than a match for Deadpool, even without the Infinity Gauntlet. The Merc with a Mouth simply does not have the power levels to take him down.
While Thanos ranks far from the top 10 villains in the Marvel Universe, The Mad Titan is powerful enough to effortlessly put down Deadpool. Given the latter ever fights Thanos with Infinity Gauntlet and all the Infinity Stones, The Mad Titan can easily erase Wade from existence, ending the fight in an instant.
Given those characteristics, Thanos knows that a fight with the Hulk would be an incredibly dangerous undertaking that could end in his own demise. Because of the Hulk's incredible strength which seemingly has no limit, Thanos was afraid to fight him without the help of the Infinity Stones.
But the angrier he gets the stronger he gets, and if the Hulk is really pissed, then he can lift anything, including mountains, or even planets!
The director also said that it was always their intention to sideline The Hulk from the action following his major role in Thor: Ragnarok in order to focus on developing the character and arc of Bruce Banner.
1 Breaker Of Worlds
Not to be confused with Worldbreaker Hulk, the Breaker Of Worlds is the Hulk god. In the far future of Marvel, Hulk becomes more powerful than the Devourer Of Worlds Galactus. This is Hulk's ultimate form.
Feeling angrier than ever before, the Immortal Hulk breaks free from his cage and confronts the Leader. Before he can defeat him, the Immortal Hulk is stopped by the Savage Hulk, who is being emotionally manipulated by the Leader. The Immortal Hulk is beheaded by a monstrous Leader and his heart is ripped out.
Stan Lee picked gray for the Hulk because he didn't want to invoke any associations with a particular ethnic group and because he wanted a color that would appear “scary and chilling.”
As shown in various comics, Hulk is vulnerable to magic. For instance, Zeus magically removed his healing power, rendering him a dead man. If you can eliminate the gamma radiation which created the Hulk, it is possible to theoretically end the life of the Hulk.
