In the canonical universe, Luke never marries. (In the Legends universe, Luke marries fellow Force-wielder Mara Jade and has one son, Ben Skywalker.)
After years of speculation, Star Wars: The Last Jedi revealed that Rey (Daisy Ridley), the main character of the new trilogy, is not the child of Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill). In fact, she's the child of “nobody” — per Rey's own words.
Han Solo marries Princess Leia and they have three children: twins named Jacen and Jaina, and a younger son named Anakin. Luke reestablishes the Jedi Order, marries a non-movie (but fan favorite) redheaded Force-wielder named Mara Jade, and they have a son, Ben Skywalker (named in honor of Obi-Wan “Ben” Kenobi).
It is revealed that Ren is the son of Han and Leia, originally named Ben, and was once one of Luke's Jedi pupils. He was corrupted to the dark side of the Force by the First Order's Supreme Leader Snoke (Andy Serkis), and helped destroy Luke's new Jedi Academy.
In Star Wars: The Last Jedi, we got an answer to the question of Rey's parents: they were nobodies. While Star Wars had been built on tropes parentage with the relationship between Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader, writer-director Rian Johnson chose to go in a different direction.
The offspring of Darth Sidious' cloned son, Rey inherited her grandfather's power in the Force. Born on the planet Hyperkarn in 15 ABY, Rey was the daughter of a man named Dathan and woman named Miramir, but their names were later lost to history.
After The Empire Strikes Back, Han and Leia do continue their relationship. In Episode VI, Han is nearly ready to distance himself from Leia since he thinks that Leia and Luke are into each other. But once Leia reveals that Luke is her brother, Leia rejoices and kisses Han, making them a couple for good.
Their son Ben turning to the dark side and becoming Kylo Ren was the ultimate reason for the separation, but an excerpt from an upcoming Star Wars book indicates their relationship had issues that couldn't have been resolved.

Father of Rey
Dathan had a relationship with Miramir, who gave birth to their daughter, Rey. In addition to rejecting Sidious, Dathan married a woman named Miramir, whom he fell in love with. Together, they conceived a child, their daughter Rey, who was born in 15 ABY.
Miramir was a human female who worked as a junk trader during the New Republic Era. Her husband Dathan was the cloned "son"—an artificial Strand-Cast—of Darth Sidious, the Dark Lord of the Sith and Galactic Emperor. Miramir had a Force-sensitive child with Dathan, a daughter named Rey, who was born in 15 ABY.
Affiliation(s) Zayne Skywalker was a force-sensitive Jedi Knight, and the son of Ben Solo and Rey Palpatine, a dyad in the force as the grandson of the Chosen One and the son of power force wielders, who became a legendary warrior and hero for the galaxy in the decades after the Battle of Exegol.
Rey is Han Solo's daughter. But she is not Leia Organa's daughter--and therefore is not a Skywalker. Leia and Han were estranged when she began training with Luke.
And through it all, we learned very little about Rey's parents. For instance, what were their names? That question is answered in the new Star Wars novel Shadow of the Sith by Adam Christopher. In a new excerpt, it's revealed that the names of Rey's parents are Dathan and Miramir.
Following the Wampa attack during the movie's opening scenes on Hoth; Leia, Han, and Chewie visit Luke in the infirmary. Leia is annoyed with Han, who insists she has feelings for him, so she kisses Luke to prove she doesn't. Presumably, the scene was simply meant to make Han jealous.
Fun facts also worth mentioning: Han Solo happens to be 10 years older than twins Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia Organa.
Owen tells Anakin they are stepbrothers and later marries Beru Whitesun. Anakin secretly marries Naboo Senator Padmé Amidala at the end of the film. In Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith (2005), Padme dies giving birth to twins, Luke and Leia. Luke is raised by Beru and Owen Lars on Tatooine.
Their bond even extends to the Force. At the end of Return of the Jedi, after finding out that Leia loves Luke, Han agrees to back off out of respect for his friend. It is only then that Leia divulges that “it's not like that at all; he's my brother.”
Anakin discovered that a moisture farmer named Cliegg Lars had bought Shmi from Watto, freed her, and married her. But when he visited the Lars farm, he learned Tusken Raiders had kidnapped his mother. Anakin found Shmi, but she died in his arms. Giving in to his rage, he slaughtered the Tuskens who had taken her.
Turns out — as many have suspected — this was a low-key revelation that Palps is Anakin's daddy. And the new comic book proves it. The new-ish comic book issue, Darth Vader #25, features a flashback scene in which Anakin is able to relive certain parts of his life, including his birth.
The mystery of Rey's parents was kept secret for years, and Star Wars actor Daisy Ridley revealed the original idea was to have Obi-Wan as her father. For several years, Rey's heritage was the biggest question within the Star Wars fandom.
Initially unknown to Ben, Rey forms a dyad in the Force with him. The dyad is an unbreakable Force-bond that makes them one in the Force, despite being born as two physically separated individuals. Thus, despite not being related by blood, Rey is Ben's other half, making her his "soulmate" or "twin of the Force".
Although Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker concludes with Rey choosing the name of Skywalker and completing her path to becoming a Jedi, it's possible that she was actually the reincarnation of Anakin all along.
