Like Bane, Killer Croc has practically every physical advantage over the Joker. Not only is he always portrayed as incredibly strong and vicious, but he also has the features and abilities of a crocodile. That means he has the teeth, the claws, and the ability to breathe underwater for extended periods of time.
While the Joker is a criminal genius rivaled by almost no other villain in fiction, even he knows the Riddler is his intellectual better. In fact, when Joker launched his final offensive against Batman's entire family, he made sure that Riddler wouldn't be able to get in his way.
In terms of power levels, Thanos easily dwarfs the Joker and takes this round. Joker is no slouch, but Thanos is just on a much higher level.
1 Lose: Ra's Al Ghul
It's unlikely the Joker could defeat Ra's in any case. A brilliant thinker, fighter, and leader of the League of Shadows, Ra's Al Ghul is simply in a different class than the Joker. Chaos reigns supreme, until it encounters will and power.
In Atlantis, Aquaman took the fight to the Joker and was able to beat him, although the clown did escape. Joker held up better than anyone would have expected, but once Aquaman got going, there was nothing that Joker could do to stop him.
Catwoman has Joker beat in a lot of ways but his sheer ferocity and unpredictability have allowed him to get the best of Catwoman every time they've fought. It usually takes a save from Batman to stop Joker from destroying her.
The Avengers are one of the toughest teams in comics, facing some of the most dangerous villains around. Composed of some of the most powerful and seasoned heroes, there are few who can stand against them, but the Joker may be more than a match for some of them.
There's really no contest between Joker and Thor. Joker is a psychopath with all kinds of weapons, but he's still just a normal guy. Thor is a god with a magic hammer who can control lightning; they're in two entirely different ballparks.
A battle between the two would be a drawn out, bloody affair but in the end Deadpool would win. Joker is a canny, unpredictable fighter but he's not on Deadpool's level and that's even without the healing factor. With it, Deadpool wins this fight whenever he feels like it.
Joker IQ is estimated to be around 160 IQ, which is not really surprising. Meanwhile Batman's IQ is around 192. The Joker is, in fact, more twisted than intelligent. Joker has chosen to use his intelligence in a different way than his archenemy Batman, who uses it to strengthen his arsenal and improve Gotham.
In a forced duel, Kings and Jokers beat all other cards but are equal to each other. If both players flip Kings, or both flip Jokers, or one of each is flipped, it is a tie and another forced duel must be fought.

Joker has always been a criminal mastermind with a sadistic sense of humor, and he is known for creating poisonous gas and joke-inspired weapons. Naruto is a skilled ninja who can use taijutsu to beat the Joker to a pulp, but he can even take the villain down with one move if he really wanted to.
Arguably the Joker's greatest weakness is his ego, however. He turns to crime to get the attention he desperately craves from Batman.
Joker. They are matched in emotional damage, dangerous mischief, and genius-level criminal mastery, but they are unmatched in fighting ability and training in the mystic arts, of which Loki has the best advantage.
Thor is repeatedly vanquished by the 5 new Phoenix hosts over the course of 12 issues: Colossus, Namor, Cyclops, Magik, and Emma Frost. Colossus even manages to knock Mjolnir out of Thor's hands at one point, demonstrating the strength of Phoenix and why it should not be trifled with.
Despite his long-standing role as one of the baddest guys in the DC universe, the Joker has no superhuman powers. Due to this, Ghost Rider could easily defeat him. Not only is Ghost Rider physically superior but using his Penance Stare against Joker would render his already questionable mental state completely crushed.
He's not just captivating, but he's also beaten Bruce on multiple occasions, something that few villains have truly accomplished. Throughout The Joker's long career as a criminal, he has been able to defeat the Caped Crusader on several occasions.
Even without the Infinity Gauntlet, Thanos has proven himself to be a hugely powerful threat, often taking on entire teams of Avengers at once. However, it is with the Infinity Gauntlet that he can most consistently defeat the Avengers.
7 Would Lose - The Flash
The Flash may not have the hardened nerves of Batman or the strength of Superman, but his unrivaled speed negates anything the Joker might throw at him.
In the first Joker story ever published he beats Batman in a fist fight, knocking him off a bridge into a river. When Batman emerges he remarks that he finally met a foe that can give him a good fight. In hand-to-hand combat he's pretty deadly, a lot of ppl seem to not know that.
Harley is much better than she used to be, but so is the Joker. His unpredictability and willingness to do anything to win will give him an advantage she can't overcome. He'll take advantage of her trauma, brutalize her, and finish her off with one of his patented Joker toxins.
Joker Venom is the Joker's signature weapon. Joker Venom is a toxin, usually dispersed as a gas that makes victims laugh uncontrollably. The Joker himself is immune to the effects of Joker Venom after prolonged exposure to it.
Diana is stronger, faster, and more durable than Batman and would have no trouble dealing with him or his gadgets. Batman has a contingency plan to deal with Wonder Woman if the situation calls for it. However, she won the majority of their fights in the comics proving herself to be vastly more powerful than Batman.
