Nezuko is the daughter of Tanjuro Kamado and Tanjiro's younger sister who is turned into a demon Despite Muzan Kibutsuji assumption that he has killed them all in his attempt to sire a sun-resistant demon, Nezuko survives as a demon with her mind mostly gone.

According to the creator of Demon Slayer, Koyoharu Gotouge, Nezuko's biological age is 12. This means that while she has been alive for 14 years, her body has only aged to the point of a 12-year-old. This detail about Nezuko's age is important because it highlights the tragedy of her situation.
What is Nezuko's age? When the series starts Nezuko is 12-years-old since she is one year younger than her brother. In her final moments, she apologized to Inosuke for failing to protect him and tosses him into the river as an attempt to save his life. She was ultimately killed and eaten by Doma, who claimed to have devoured her to the bone.
Many people brush off Inosuke as yet another tsundere, but that reasoning is only partially correct. As a child, he was abandoned by his mother and coincidentally, was adopted by boars.
Makio, Suma, and Hinatsuru.
After Doma's demise, Kanao wears Shinobu's hair pin instead of Kanae's, as the latter was destroyed during the fighting. Furthermore she loses visibility in her right eye due to unleashing the final form of Flower Breathing, even though the eye is unaffected visually.
