The eldest son of King Cold, the older brother of Frieza, the leader of the elite Cooler Force, Cooler travels to Earth to seek revenge against Goku for ruining his family's honor.
Cooler (クウラ, Kūra, lit. "Coora") is the eldest son of King Cold and Frieza's older brother.
Frieza managed to put up a much better fight against Super Saiyan Goku. He actually managed to get a few hits in. It was his lack of stamina that let him down ultimately. However, at his 100% strength, Frieza is stronger than Cooler.
One possible reason why King Cold might've preferred Frieza is that he seemed to accomplish more than Cooler, even though the older sibling proves stronger during their lifetimes. Dragon Ball Super shows that Frieza never trained, while Cooler actively sought a new and more powerful form, presumably through training.
Cooler is the brother of Frieza. He was debuted in the movie Dragon Ball Z: Cooler's Revenge and returned in as Metal-Cooler in Dragon Ball Z: The Return of Cooler.
Kuriza is the son of Frieza from Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT (and, by extension, the grandson of King Cold, and the nephew of Cooler).

Majin Buu and Lord Beerus are the Only Two Fighters Frieza Fears, but Maybe Not Anymore.
Black Frieza is the newest and most powerful Frieza transformation, first appearing in the 87th chapter of the Dragon Ball Super manga.
Cooler achieves his Golden Form while in his Fifth form in Dragon Ball Heroes' Prison Planet Saga, further tying it to the actual canon. But Heroes' place within the canon is contentious at best, and many view it as a side story akin to GT rather than an official part of the narrative.
100% Freeza was, at LEAST as strong as SS Goku, and was stronger at first, but his power drained very quickly and soon they were equal, then Goku was stronger.
Their lifespan is known to be longer than that of humans, as Frieza did not visibly age over 25 years and is at least 70 (generally assumed to be a few centuries old) by the time he arrives on Namek, meaning that King Cold is at the very least a century old.
10 Vegeta's Grudge Against Frieza Only Grows Stronger Over Time. Most Saiyans have reason to resent Frieza, but Vegeta is a special circumstance. Frieza is responsible for the extinction of the majority of the Saiyan race, including the destruction of Planet Vegeta and the murder of Vegeta's father.
By the end of the Tournament of Power, despite still being openly as evil and selfish as ever, Frieza has come to respect Goku and his allies, and willingly celebrates with them for a little bit as well after being revived by Whis.
However, despite Frieza ultimately playing a key role during the Tournament of Power to save the universe, the resurrected villain is still far from a genuine redemption, with his new lease on life confirming Frieza's expected commitment to evil.
While Frieza is one of the worst villains in the Dragon Ball universe, there is another villain who is way more evil despite later becoming a hero. There are few Dragon Ball villains more purely and unwaveringly villainous than Frieza.
Frieza is the main antagonist of Dragon Ball series, and the archenemy of Son Goku and Vegeta, as he was responsible for the destruction of their home planet.
Toriyama said that King Cold alone gave birth to Frieza, which implies they are indeed asexual like the Namekians.
His power was just so high it was equal to that of a god, Frieza is omnipotent which basically means he has the potential to be as strong as a deity, but that doesn't make him a deity.
