It turns out (naturally) that Sirius was framed, and even after their twelve-year separation he and
The romance of Nymphadora Tonks and Remus Lupin happened, for the most part, off the page. We never witnessed their first meeting; we never saw them slowly but surely falling for one another during Order of the Phoenix missions; nor did we see their eventual wedding – or their deaths.
Wolfstar is the slash ship between Sirius Black and Remus Lupin from the Harry Potter fandom.
And Remus was in love with Sirius (also hopelessly, because Sirius only had eyes for James). Then James was killed, Sirius was imprisoned, Remus was outcasted, and Peter was ratatouilled.
They had kissed in the past, under mistletoe and at midnight to ring in the New Year. He hesitated for a moment but he could tell that Remus wasn't joking. With a little laugh, Sirius leaned in and kissed Remus soft and fleeting before moving back. “Ah,” was all Remus said before pulling Sirius back into another kiss.
Remus Lupin is the first adult mentor to truly connect with Harry Potter. He was a great friend at times but in other cases, he was surprisingly bad. In the Harry Potter series, Remus Lupin loved his three friends wholeheartedly and felt similarly for James' son Harry.
There is no doubt that Sirius loves Harry and is fiercely protective of him, but he does let his more immature impulses take over sometimes. In The Order of the Phoenix, Sirius wants to visit his godson in Hogsmeade while disguised in his Animagus form.
First Kiss
By the time Chapter 86 rolls around, Remus's angst about his crush on Sirius is already peaking, and so is our anticipation. At Remus's sweet 16, we're rewarded for our patience with our first Wolfstar moment. For those brief seconds that the impulsive kiss lasted, we swear we heard angels sing.
Ron, Harry, and Hermione assume she is upset over Sirius' death, and Harry even suggests that Tonks may have been in love with him, which is why she's so crestfallen. It is only at the end of the book that we find that it is Lupin, rather than Sirius, who is the object of her affections.

At the end of the book, it is revealed that Nymphadora Tonks has fallen in love with Remus (Remus is 13 years older than Tonks). He resisted becoming involved with her because of the risks from his being a werewolf, and he said he is, "too old, too poor, and too dangerous," for her.
Remus and Sirius are soulmates and whatever they write on their arms appears on the other person's. There were three types of people: Kissers, Namers, and Tattooers. You either had a Tattoo that matched another's or a Name marked above your heart.

Peter wrote Remus a note to meet them in an empty classroom and the trio revealed to Remus that they knew his secret, but were not afraid of him, and pledged to do whatever they can to help him through his transformations.
So how are Sirius and the Weasleys related? Phineas Nigellus Black is Sirius' great-great-grandfather and Arthur's great-grandfather, making the two men second cousins once removed. (Sirius correctly notes the relationship in Order of the Phoenix.)
Sirius' death is a huge loss for Harry, and as we will see in the early part of the next book, he reacts by isolating himself. As he recovers from this blow, Harry realizes that Voldemort used his godfather to get to him, and he fears his friends will always be in mortal danger as long as Voldemort lives.
On this, the author commented that "what Harry craves is a father." Rowling has stated that though she likes Sirius, "I do not think he is wholly wonderful." According to her, despite being brave and loyal, Sirius is also reckless, embittered, and "slightly unbalanced by his long stay in Azkaban." When asked if Harry ...
He is ashamed of never sticking up for Snape in school and grateful to Snape for making him the Wolfsbane Potion. By the time of the sixth book, he declares that he “neither like[s] nor dislike[s] Severus” (HBP 332), which is probably the best that can be expected after all the bitterness of the past.
According to the Black Family Tree, Sirius Black and Andromeda Tonks née Black are first cousins. This means that Nymphadora Tonks (Andromeda's daughter) is Sirius's first cousin once removed.
Because Harry saw Sirius as something closer to a brother, while Remus was more like a beloved second cousin. James and Lily named Sirius godfather for a reason, after all, signifying some degree of preference in Harry's mind when he learned this in … Prisoner of Azkaban.
