Astra, calling herself General Astra, is one of the two main antagonists (along with Non) in Season 1 of the 2015 television adaptation of Supergirl. She is the evil identical twin sister of Alura Zor-El and the aunt of Kara Zor-El aka Supergirl.

In 2015, Flockhart was cast in the television series Supergirl as Cat Grant, a "self-made media magnate and founder of CatCo" and boss to Kara (Supergirl's alter ego).

Lena Kieran Luthor appears in The CW series Supergirl, portrayed by Katie McGrath. While initially a heroic character that wanted to be a more positive leader of LuthorCorp, but due to her moral ambiguity and her disappointment over Kara hiding her identity as Supergirl, she becomes a villain in Season 5.
She is the second copy/duplicate of Kara Danvers, the first being Jane Doe/Bizarro. Also like Jane Doe, Red Daughter was manipulated by a brilliant and wealthy enemy of Supergirl, in this case Lex Luthor.
Lena Luthor is a major character in the CW series Supergirl. She serves as a supporting protagonist in Season 2, a major protagonist in Seasons 3-4 and 6, and one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside Lex Luthor) of Season 5.
Supergirl is undoubtedly physically stronger and more durable than the Flash. However, the Flash is much faster than Supergirl, considering that he is faster than Superman in the comics. And because of the Flash's experience and feats, a fight against Supergirl can go either way for them.
Weaknesses. Although Supergirl is invulnerable to nearly everything, under the yellow Sun, Kryptonite is the one substance that can destroy her. Green Kryptonite: renders Supergirl physically weak and painfully ill.
Supergirl is stronger than Captain Marvel and would win in a fight against her. She is physically stronger, faster, and more durable. Both characters are pretty similar, but Supergirl is on a whole different level in terms of how much damage output she can shell out and receive.
